    Abstract: A method and apparatus for link monitoring in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device may receive a link monitoring configuration for measurements of a cell group. The link monitoring configuration may include (i) a first index of a first radio resource, (ii) a first purpose related to the first radio resource for an activated state, and (iii) a second purpose related to the first radio resource for a deactivated state. A wireless device may perform link monitoring for the first radio resource based on the specific purpose.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cell group activation in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) may receive an instruction to activate a cell group via another cell group. After receiving the instruction, the UE may perform a frequency band switching from a first frequency band (e.g., dormant BWP) to a second frequency band (e.g., non-dormant BWP) based on a determination to skip a random access procedure to the cell group. The UE may perform a transmission to the cell group in the second frequency band while skipping the random access procedure to the cell group.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling a synchronization in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a configuration for a master cell group (MCG) and a configuration for a secondary cell group (SCG); applying a first timing alignment (TA) for one or more cells in the SCG and skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for the one or more cells in a first state while a TA timer is running, wherein the TA timer is started upon receiving a TA command including the first TA; performing a state switching to a second state from the first state at a time point determined based on information related to state switching time received from a network, wherein a PDCCH monitoring is performed for the one or more cells in the second state; transmitting, to the network, switching information informing the state switching; receiving, in the second state, a TA command including a second TA upon which the TA timer is restarted, after transmitting the switching information; and applying the second TA for the one or more cells while the restarted TA timer is running.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for a secondary cell group (SCG) failure handling with a conditional primary secondary cell (PSCell) configuration in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device evaluates a conditional change of PSCell based on a mobility command for the conditional change of the PSCell.
