Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a pilot control for two hydraulically actuatable distribution valves (11, 12) with a hydraulic (51) or electric (75) pilot control device. To move a first distribution valve (11) from a neutral position in opposite directions, it has a handle (56) which can be moved from a neutral position in various directions. The pilot control device or two electrically adjustable pilot valves have two control outputs (78, 18) via which a pilot control pressure can be applied to a first control pressure chamber (17) in the first distribution valve (11) for adjustment in one direction and a second control pressure chamber (18) for adjustment in the other direction. Particularly to obtain a less complex and cheaper pilot control for the case where it is unnecessary or undesired for both distribution valves to be actuated at the same time, there is an electromagnetically operable changeover valve (22) which connects one control output (78) of the pilot control device (51) or an electrically adjustable pilot control valve (77) in its first switching position to a control pressure chamber (17) in the first distribution valve (11) and to one in the second valve (12) in its second position. The pilot control device is thus simplified or the number of electrically adjustable pilot control valves is reduced.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a manually operable hydraulic pilot control with a continuously adjustable pressure reducing valve (9), having a housing (10) and, in a through drilling (11) therein, an adjusting piston (50). This piston can be biased by a control spring (61) to allow a connection between a pressure inlet (P) and a control outlet (A) and can be biased by a pressure applied in the control outlet (A) to prevent this connection. The control spring (61) is tensioned between a first fixed stop (59) on the control piston (50) and a spring washer (56) which can be applied to a second fixed stop (54) on the control piston (50) and can be conveyed by an axially guided pushrod (14) at a first open end of the housing drilling (11) and supported at a distance from the second stop (54) on the control piston (50). In order to be able to adjust the free travel until the initial jump in the control pressure, the control piston (50) can be moved in a control sleeve (20) fitted in the housing drilling (11), the axial position of which is adjustable from the second open end of the housing drilling (11). An adjusting spring (62) tensioned between the control piston (50) and an adjustable stop (45) integral with the housing makes it possible to adjust the extent of the pressure jump.
