    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a cold storage type thermal insulation box in which a chargeable storage battery as a power source of a ventilation fan may have a small size. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage chamber 27 having a cold storage agent 28 and a cooler 29 mounted therein, a thermal insulation chamber 33 for thermally insulating an article, a heat insulating partition wall 31 arranged with a vent hole to partition between the chamber 27 and the chamber 33, a plurality of ventilation fans 30a-30e to be operated only at the time of controlling the temperature of the chamber 33, ventilation fan control means 47 for controlling the operations of the fans 30a-30e, and power source input determining means 43 for determining whether a commercial power source is input or not, are provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an insulated plant to be applied not only as a transporting device but also as an insulated storing device installed at a base or the like by a method wherein the insulated plant is comprised of an insulated chamber formed in the body of the insulated plant, a cold air feeding chamber, a thermal insulation member stored in a machine chamber, a freezer device stored in the thermal insulating member and partitioned by a thermal insulating wall and a cold storage chamber or the like. CONSTITUTION:The body 1 of an insulated plant is comprised of a cabinet 2 having thermal insulation material installed therein, a door 3, a gasket 4 for sealing the cabinet 4 and the door 3, and an insulated chamber 5. It further includes a cold air feeding chamber 9, a cold reserving fan 10, a machine chamber 12 disposed at a lower part of the body 1 of the insulated plant and removably supported, a thermal insulating material 13 stored in the machine chamber 12 a soft foam 14 disposed between the machine chamber 12 and the thermal insulating member 13, a freezer device 15 having the thermal insulating member 13 partitioned by a thermal insulating wall, a cold storage chamber 19 and a cold storage agent 21 installed within the cold storage chamber 19. With such an arrangement, an effective utilization of an installing space in a base can be attained and then assurance of quality of transported items can be realized by keeping their temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cold heat accumulating type cold storage chamber, high in economical property and capable of using as not only a transprotation apparatus but also a cold storage chamber, by a method wherein the amount of cold air, sent into a cold storage chamber, is controlled during not only transprotation but also cold heat accumulating operation to permit refrigerating cold storage as well as freezing cold storage. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage fan 10 and a cold storage chamber temperature detector 11. are connected to a battery 23 while a compressor 15 is connected to a commercial power supply. The compressor 15 is operated at a base to effect the cold heat accumulating operation of cold heat accumulating agent 19 and when the cold heat accumulating agent 19 is cooled and solidified, a cold heat accumulating agent temperature detector 20 repeats the stopping and operating of the compressor to control the temperature of the cold heat accumulating agent 19 in a given temperature range. On the other hand, when the cold heat accumulating operation of the cold heat accumulating agent 19 is started, a cold storage chamber temperature detector 11 in a cold storage chamber 5 operates the cold storage fan 10 to introduce cooling air into the cold storage chamber 5 and the amount of cold air of the cold storage fan 10 is controlled so as to obtain a set temperature. Upon cold storage transportation, the cold storage fan 10 is operated by the operation of the cold storage chamber temperature detector 11 while the cold storage chamber 5 is cooled by the latent heat of melting of the cold heat accumulating agent 20.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a refrigerator having an electrical charger troubled from being used and further prevent deterioration in quantity of a transported item by a method wherein the trouble of the electrical charger is detected and informed. CONSTITUTION:A timer means 53 transmits a signal to a informing output means 54 after an optional time from a turning-ON of a commercial power supply in response to a power supply input discrimination means 43. Informing output means 54 informs that an electrical charger 45 is troubled when a signal is sent from the timer means 53 and when a completed electrical charging sensor means 48 is not turned ON. Although an electrical charging time of a rechargeable battery cell 46 of the electrical charger 45 is varied in response to an electrical discharging state, a signal output time of the timer means 53 is set to a longer time at a complete electrical discharging of the worst condition as the electrical charging time, for example, 20 hours, it becomes sufficient as the electrical charging judging time. In the case that the charging completion sensing means 48 is not turned ON when the timer means 53 is turned ON, it can be judged that the electrical charger 45 is in its troubled state and the trouble of the electrical charger 45 is advised to a person in charge of transportation with an informing output means 54 and then a troubled insulated box is prevented from being used.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cold storage type cold warehouse having high economy and wide available range by providing a cold insulation chamber to be defined by a first insulation box in a second insulation box cold accumulator temperature detector, a old insulation chamber temperature detector, and a refrigerator unit attached to the outer surface of the second box. CONSTITUTION:A power cord 20 is inserted into a power source 21 in a station or a base to operate a compressor 17, a cooling fan 9, thereby operating to store cold cold accumulator 19. The accumulator 10 is cooled by a cooled cooler 11. When it becomes a predetermined temperature, a cold accumulator tempera ture detector 13 is operated to stop the compressor 17 and the fan 9, thereby controlling the freezing temperature of the accumulator 10 within a predeter mined temperature range. On the other hand, when the cold accumulation of the accumulator 10 is started, a battery 22 is started to be charged and a gold insulation chamber 15 is started to be insulated, and the interior of the chamber 15 is insulated to be cooled. When the chamber 15 reaches a set temperature, a cold insulation fan 12 is controlled by the insulation chamber temperature detector. Thus, a cold storage type cold insulation warehouse having high econ omy and wide available range can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively use the space by significantly reducing the installation space and ensure the quality by maintaining the cold storage bin in a certain temperature range by keeping the coldness during the heat accumulation operation by means of opening and closing the temperature controller unit for the heat accumulation compartment. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 42 is operated to perform a heat accumulation, wherein the heat accumulation compartment 27 is cooled by a cooling unit 29 which has been cooled and the heat storage material 28 is cooled and frozen by the cold air in the heat accumulation compartment 27. When the temperature of the heat accumulation compartment temperature sensing part reaches the set temperature of approximately -20 deg.C past the completion of freezing of the storage material 28, a heat accumulation compartment temperature regulator 32 is started to cause the compressor 42 to repeat the start and stoppage so as to maintain the temperature of the heat accumulation compartment 27 within a certain temperature range. The cold storage bin 41 is cooled by the cold air in the heat accumulation compartment 27 which enters from an opening 35 and a vent 36 as well as through the heat insulating partition 34. As the heat accumulation compartment 27 is controlled in the constant set temperature range, the quantity of heat to cool the cold storage bin 41 becomes constant. Although the cold storage bin 41 releases heat to the atmosphere, it is balanced out to maintain the temperature at about 0 deg.C to 5 deg.C by the cooling effect by the heat accumulation compartment 27 and the atmosphere.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the switching of a temperature in a cold reserving chamber by a method wherein the title cold reserving case is provided with a cold heat accumulating temperature regulator, controlling two different temperatures, a cold reserving temperature regulator, controlling different refrigerating temperature and cold storage temperature, and a changeover switch, operating both of the regulators in conjunction with each other. CONSTITUTION:The title case is provided with a cold storage pack 28a, accommodating cold heat accumulating agent 32a for cold storage, and a refrigerating pack 28b accommodating cold heat accumulating agent 32b for refrigerating. The case is also provided with a cooler 29 for cooling and freezing the packs 28a, 28b and a refrigerating machine unit 43 forming a refrigerating cycle. A cold heat accumulating temperature regurator 45, controlling a temperature so as to be lower than the freezing point of the cold heat accumulating agent 32b under the setting of refrigeration but controlling the temperature so as to be higher than the freezing point of the cold heat accumulating agent 32b and lower than the freezing point of the cold heat accumulating agent 32a under the setting of cold storage, a cold reserving temperature regulator 35, controlling a cold reserving chamber 40 at refrigerating or cold storage temperature, and a changeover switch 37, operating both of regulators 45, 35 in conjunction with each other, are also provided in the title case. According to this method, the cooling or freezing temperature and the amount of accumulating heat of the cold heat accumulating agent can be changed whereby a temperature in the cold reserving chamber 40 may be switched easily.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly economical cold accumulation type cold-keeping storeroom without the need for other heating elements by disposing a heat accumulator for accumulating heat radiated from capacitors on the side wall surface of the cold-keeping storeroom accommodating therein a cold accumulating agent and by heating the cold insulating room with heat from the heat accumulator when an external air temperature is low. CONSTITUTION:On the ceiling-plane of a cold-keeping storeroom body 17 is equipped a cooler 21 consisting of a cold accumulating agent 23 and a cooling pipe 24 that cools and freezes this cold accumulating agent 23. On the other hand, a heat accumulator 27 is closely fixed on the side surface part of the cold-keeping storeroom body 17. Heat accumulating capacitors 34 are disposed inside the heat insulating wall correspondingly facing the heat accumulator 27, and only when an external air temperature is low, a flow path is changed over to supply hot gas from main capacitors 36. In this arrangement, heat can be accumulated simultaneously with a cold accumulating operation when an external air temperature is low, and hence an article can be prevented from freezing without using other heating elements such as a heater.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To simultaneously satisfy functions as a cold storage and a refrigerator by bending zigzag a cooling pipe on the same plane and allowing the pipe to stick to a wall surface part facing the inside of a cold storage reservoir by a fixing metal fitting with a heat transfer fin in an upper direction. CONSTITUTION: When a compressor 12 is operated, cooling operation is started, a cold storage agent 16 being filled into a cold storage reservoir 9 starts to be frozen by a cooling pipe 15, and at the same time the inside of the cold storage bath is forcibly cooled via a lower wall 9b. In this case, even if separation is made from a power supply, the cold insulation can be made for a specific amount of time in the reservoir due to the melting latent heat of the cold storage agent 16. Also, when power is turned on, cold insulation goods being stored in the cold storage reservoir can be efficiently and rapidly cooled due to natural convection since a lower wall 9b of the cold storage reservoir 9 where the cooling pipe 15 adheres to is located inside the cold storage bath. Further, the cold storage agent 16 is frozen from the surrounding of the cooling pipe 15 and heat travel becomes insufficient. However, since heat is transferred by a heat transfer fin part 17b being fixed to the cooling pipe 15, the upper cold storage agent 16 can be efficiently and positively frozen to the center of the cold storage reservoir 9, thus extending freezing time.
