Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce frosting of a cold storage agent and to enable continuous use by having a cold storage unit arranged to be thermally exchanged with a second cooler and a freezer unit outside the cold, storage chamber composing first and second coolers connected to the unit to form a refrigerating cycle, a freezing temperature controller for controlling operation and stop of an interior blower, and changeover switch. CONSTITUTION:When an indoor blower 26 is operated by battery 27 as a power source and a thermal insulation chamber 33 is cooled to an arbitrary temperature, a thermal insulation temperature control thermostat 42 is opened to stop the blower 26. Then, the blower 26 is operated and stopped by the thermostat 42 to control a thermal insulation chamber 22 to an arbitrary temperature. A compressor 36, a condenser fan motor 35 are continuously operated until a cold storage agent 32 is completely frozen and a cold storage temperature control thermostat 40 is opened. Even if the agent 32 is frozen while the blower 26 is being operated, after the temperature of chilled gas circulated by a cooler 28 is cooled to be dehumidified to a temperature lower than the melting point of the agent 32, the gas is circulated to a cold storage unit 34 arranged to be thermally exchanged with a second cooler 30. Thus, frosting on the surface of the agent 32 can be prevented, and freezing of the agent 32 can be accelerated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent freezing of an article to be thermally insulated by forcibly introducing chilled gas to a thermal insulation chamber by using a thermal insulation fan to maintain the quality of the article such as fruity in thy chamber and heat insulating in the chamber by a heater even in such season or district where the atmospheric temperature drops below zero degree. CONSTITUTION:If the atmospheric temperature is higher than a set temperature of an atmospheric temperature sensor 19, a cooling mode is set, while it is lower than the set temperature, a heating mode is set. A cold storage agent 6 is completely cooled and solidified in the cold storage operation of the agent 6 of the cooling mode. If it becomes a predetermined temperature lower than a freezing temperature, a cold storage agent temperature sensor 17 is operated to stop the operations of a refrigerator unit 20 and a fan 9. If the atmospheric temperature is lower than the set temperature of the sensor 19, the unit 20 is not operated, a heater 7 is energized to generate hot gas. Thereafter, a heater 8, the fan 9 are controlled by a thermal insulation chamber temperature sensor 18 to maintain a thermal insulation chamber 16 at a constant temperature.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce space capacity of a storage chamber according to the storage amount by providing a stretchable airtight bag formed from a material having low gas permeability in the storage chamber and passing one end of the airtight bag through the wall surface of the storage chamber and opening the end to the outside air. CONSTITUTION:An airtight bag 50 formed from a material 51 having low gas permeability is provided in a storage chamber 1 and one end of the airtight bag is opened from a hole in the wall surface of the storage chamber to the outside air. The airtight bag 50 is stretchable and the volume thereof is changed according to the amount of perishables 52 so that a prescribed gas concentration can be attained after a prescribed time without depending on the storage amount. The airtight bag is expanded or contracted for pressure fluctuation produced by operation or stopping of a cooler 7 in the storage chamber. Thereby, pressure in the storage chamber is kept nearly constant.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a fresh foodstuff storage device which does not present risks of generating toxic gas or causing a fire or explosion by providing a furnace that burns solid fuel containing carbon, a fan to circulate air, an excess carbon dioxide gas adsorber, a sensing rod disposed in the furnace, a fuel reserve sensor unit which detects the remaining amount of fuel in the furnace and a fuel supply device. CONSTITUTION:The air in the storage compartment 15 is supplied to the furnace 27 through a duct 25 and a switch valve 56 by a fan 29 to burn the solid fuel 34. The waste gas enters into an adsorber 37 through cooling unit 28, connecting pipe 26, switch valve 43 and duct 39. Carbon dioxide is adsorbed by adsorbing material 47, and only nitrogen N2 is circulated to the storage compartment 15 through discharge pipe 41 and switch valve 44 out of a waste gas pipe 55. As the solid fuel 34 in the furnace 27 is expended, a reserve sensor unit 76 detects such through a sensing rod 75, starting a fuel supply device 24 to supply fuel.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent production of toxic gas by which an adverse influence is exercised on a storage substance and to enable the safe feed of fuel even during combustion by providing a storage chamber, solid fuel, an incinerator, a blower, an absorber to absorb carbon dioxide gas, a fuel sensor, and a fuel feed device. CONSTITUTION:In a storage chamber 15, first, N2 is 79% and O2 is 21%. With a carbon dioxide gas generating device 22 operated, air in the chamber is introduced through a chamber 61 and a switching valve 56 to a combustion furnace 27 by means of an introduction pipe 25 with the aid of a blower 29. The air is heated by a heater 36 for ignition and is fed for combustion of solid fuel 34. Through reaction of C+O2+N2=CO2+N2, combustion gas produces CO2 and N2. After the combustion gas is cooled by a cooler 28, it enters an absorber 37 through a switching valve 43 and an introduction pipe 39 by means of a coupling pipe 26. In the absorber, CO2 is absorbed by an absorbent 47, and only N2 is circulated to the storage chamber 15 through a discharge pipe 41 and a switching valve 44 by means of a discharge pipe 55. Further, a remaining mount sensor 74 for the solid fuel 34 is mounted to a combustion furnace 27, and when the solid fuel 34 is in a short supply, a fuel feed device 24 is operated.

CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 7 filled with solid material 8 is constituted with side plates 9, 10, 11, 12 and a bottom plate 13. The storage tank 7 has an opening 15 at the bottom part, and on down stream side thereof, is provided with a substorage tank 18 constituted with a movable plate 16, a back plate 17 and side plates 11, 12. Solid material 8 existing in a portion along each of side plates 9, 10, 11, 12, drops in vertical direction with weight of itself along said each side plate, and touching to a layer building preventer 14, the solid material 8 gets unstable because of being attached with the preventer inclined downward, is changed in falling direction to the center direction for the storage tank 7 without standing i a line along each of side plates 9, 10, 11, 12, and smoothly moves in the direction for the substorage tank 18.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a solid material feeder with no communication between the inside of a next device and the atmosphere by combining plural pairs of cylinders and pistons so as to be able to be fed under a condition of keeping air tight. CONSTITUTION:Solid material 8 in a storage tank 7 slides on a bottom plate 13 and a movable plate 16, is loaded on a stepped belt 22, carried upward, falls on sliding from the stepped belt 22 with weight of itself, on reaching to a position of a pulley 23, slides on a guide member and is set in a center caved part 42 of a center caved piston 36 in a cylinder 37 as emitting a signal. In this case, air tight between the atmosphere and a next device is kept by sealing portions 49 of the center caved piston 36 and sealing portions 48 of a piston 35. According to the signal, a drive motor is stopped and a press sending motor is operated for pushing out rods 40, and thereby the piston 35 and the center caved piston 36 are made to progress, and on coming to a communicating portion 39, the solid material 8 set in the center caved part 42, drops hereinto on sliding. In this case, air tight is kept by seal portions 49 of the center caved piston 36 and seal portions 48.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a bridge without entailing any damage to a solid material by opening both first and second storage tanks for interconnection through each bottom part, setting up a movable plate in this interconnected opening, and making the solid bridge at this interconnected opening so as to be razed by motion of the movable plate. CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 1 is interconnected to a sub-storage tank 32 by a bottom opening 31, and a movable plate 8 is installed in an opposed part of the opening 31 of this sub-storage tank 32. Then, this movable plate 8 is constituted so as to make it move up and down by a drive motor of a stepped belt 13 via a wire 22. With this constitution, a solid material on the bottom of the sub-storage tank 32 is slightly pressed to the side of the opening 31 by vertical motion of the movable plate 8, and thereby a solid bridge 30 at the opening 31 is razed. This vibration is limited to the inside of the sub-storage tank 32, so that no influence is given to the solid material in the storage tank 1. Consequently, the sold material is conveyable upon eliminating the bridge without breaking any corner of the solid material.

CONSTITUTION:A storage chamber 1 for a perishable material is connected with a carbon dioxide gas generator 8 to fill the chamber with CO2 and a CO2-adsorption apparatus 9 to adsorb and remove excess CO2 in the combustion gas. An alarm lamp 54 is lighted by a controller 52 according to the signal transmitted from a temperature detector 51 via a temperature regulator 53. An electric lock 57 of the exterior door 56 of the storage chamber 55 containing a combustion furnace 12 is also energized by the controller.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of quality of substances to be transported, by separating a cold accumulating room and an insulating room thermally and completely so that a cold accumulating agent can accumulate cold and the temperature within the insulating room can be maintained at a set value within a refrigerating temperature zone by controlling cool air volume to be sent into the insulating room. CONSTITUTION:An insulating partition wall 21 of heat insulating characteristic separates a cold accumulating room 15 and an insulating room 22 thermally. A discharge port 23 is arranged at one end of the wall 21 on the side of an insulating fan 16, and an insulating duct 25 is mounted on the wall 21 for introducing air in the insulating room 22 from the opposite end of the wall 21 into an inlet port 24. A freezer unit 26 and a battery 27 which works as a power source for the insulating fan 16 are mounted outside of an insulating container body 10. Accordingly, the temperature in the insulating room 22 never drops down under 0 deg.C due to heat transmission from the cold accumulating room 15. Thus a cold accumulating insulating container in which substances to be kept cool never freeze can be obtained.
