Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sliding loss of a piston and cylinder and prevent a drop of reliability by wearing, in a vibration type compressor used for a refrigeration cycle. SOLUTION: This compressor is composed of an elastic element 7 whose one part is fixed to a movable element 9 and whose one part is fixed to a block 19, and a cylinder 18 and block 19 are assembled to the same member of the other fixed element 10. By assembling the cylinder 18 to the block 19, it is prevented that the cylinder 18, piston 4 and the shaft of an elastic element are assembled in a shifted and slanted state and the sliding loss of a slide part is reduced and the wearing is prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply oil to a sliding part of a piston pin and a connecting rod small end hole part simultaneously with start by arranging an oil sump around the piston pin on a lower inner surface in the vertical direction of a piston. SOLUTION: On the lower inner surface in the vertical direction of a piston 15, an oil sump 16 is arranged on the whole circumference or a part around a piston pin 12. When a hermetic compressor is stopped, oil which dropped down from a sliding part of the piston pin 12 and a small end hole part 11 of a connecting rod 9 is reserved in the oil sump 16, and oil reserved in the oil sump 16 can be supplied to the sliding part simultaneously with start. As a result, oiling delay at the time of start of a hermetic compressor is eliminated, lubricating failure is prevented in the sliding part of the piston pin 12 and the small end hole part 11 of the connecting rod 9, and a reliability is improved.

SOLUTION: This controller comprises a detection means 31 for detecting the temperature or pressure of the cooling system, a frequency determining means 32 for determining the power source frequency on the basis of a detection signal, and outputting a determination signal, and a frequency-changing means 33 for changing the power source frequency of a power source on the basis of the determination signal, and the power source frequency is made to coincide with the resonance frequency without affected by the change of the load condition of the cooling system to operate the linear compressor 1 with high frequency at all times.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of fatigue failure and to improve reliability by reducing stress generated near a fixed end of an arm of an elastic body in a vibration type compressor used for a refrigeration cycle, etc. SOLUTION: A part of the elastic body 8 is fixed to a fixed element 12 and a part of the elastic body 8 is fixed to a movable element 9 through fixing member 20a, 20b, 20c and 20d having curved surfaces 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d. The fixed end is deformed along the curved surface of the fixing members at deformation of the arm, and partial stress concentration can be avoided. Thus, the occurrence of the fatigue failure can be prevented and the reliable vibration type compressor can be achieved.

SOLUTION: In the vibration type compressor for compressing and delivering a refrigerant by a compression mechanism part, lubricating oil is not used, combustible and natural refrigerants such as propane, isobutane, and carbon dioxide are used as the refrigerant, a gas bearing mechanism or a connecting mechanism having low bending rigidity are provided, and thereby the system efficiency is improved, the use amount of the refrigerant is reduced, and sliding loss is also reduced.
