    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of dislocation during assembly of a division rod, to facilitate assembly without a difficult work, such as matching the planes of a groove and a tip with each other, and to decide the geometric position of a connection part between the hole of a large end part and the piston of a small end part, in a reciprocating compressor used in a household refrigerator. SOLUTION: A large end part 76 is provided with a spherical dent 95 and a guide groove 96 formed in a large end hole 77 and a protrusion part 80. Since, at a small end part, one end of a rod part 81 has a connection part 73 with a piston 10 and the other end has a spherical part 97, simultaneously with insertion of the large end hole 77 into the eccentric part 11 of a crank shaft 7, the spherical dent 95 is simply inserted in the spherical body part 97 without a work like a plane matching work, and a situation that the large end part 76 drops downward and is horizontally dislocated is prevented from occurring, whereby an assembly work is extremely easy to make and a geometric position is also reliably decided.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve wear resistance and seizure resistance by constituting one side of a slide material in a compression mechanism by a cost iron and iron system sintered material and its other side by a compound material of a titanium minute powder, chromium powder and nickel powder with a specific range rate. SOLUTION: A compression mechanism, refrigerant and refrigerator oil are internally equipped in a sealed up vessel and one side of a slide material in the compression mechanism is constituted by a cast iron and iron system sintered material. The other side is constituted by the compound material of 83-89wt.% of titanium minute powder, 3-5wt.% of chromium powder and 8-12wt.% of nickel powder. Thereby, in addition to the selection of a proper lubrication oil to increase the reliability of a rotary compressor, a slide material excellent in wear resistance can be achieved to supplement the lubrication oil of a refrigerant itself.

CONSTITUTION:A compressor is constituted of lubricating oil 18, a cylinder 4, a roller 5 to be eccentrically rotated in the cylinder 4, a vane 6 for dividing the inside of the cylinder 4 into an inlet chamber 11a and a compression chamber 11b by vertically reciprocating in a groove of the cylinder 4, and being brought in slide-contact with the roller 5, an inlet chamber side lubricating oil chamber 19 provided with an opening part on the non-sliding part upper side to the roller on the tip of the vane 6, and a compression chamber side lubricating oil camber 20. Thereby, if lubricating oil is little on the vane tip in starting of the compressor, sufficient lubricating oil can be always supplied to the sliding parts of the vane and the roller.

The piston 8 made of a ferrous material having a phosphoric acid manganese chemical conversion film as a base material 15 is employed in this rotary compressor, and grains 13 with a small grain size and grains 14 with a large grain size are arranged in turn on the surface of the base material 15. The quantity of oil capable of being held on the phosphoric acid manganese chemical conversion film is increased as compared with the case that grains with a single grain size are arranged.

Thus the abrasion powder can be prevented from sticking on the sliding part, and reliability reduction which results in the compressor stoppage can be prevented.
