Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress a smell from its generation blowing cold air directly to garbage advanced in its freezing by providing a suction port of the cold air, its discharge hole in a cover of a garbage vessel, blower forcedly circulating the cold air of a cooler surface in the garbage vessel and ducts of a cold air passage. CONSTITUTION:The second duct discharge port 23 is opposed facing to a cover suction hole 16, and the second duct suction port 20 is opposed facing to a cover discharge hole 17, forming a circulating air path of cold air. And the cold air in a cooler 9 in its surface is collected to the second duct discharge port 23 by a blower 24 and allowed to flow concentrating into the cover suction hole 16 of a garbage vessel 6. Thus because all the cold air is allowed to flow concentrically in the garbage vessel 6 directly hitting garbage 5, it is promptly frozen. While because the used return cold air, containing a smell, is discharged from the cover discharge hole 17 of the garbage vessel 6, the smell enables its convection diffusion to be suppressed by preventing the smell from being carried in the direction of a door 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of a refrigerator, which does not sweat by improving positional accuracy in attachment, and removing the space between seal members, in a drawer type of door. SOLUTION: A drawer type door 1 to block the front opening within a refrigerator is so constituted as to have a frame which accommodates and fixes a container, being screwed to a side within a door and supported by riding on rails projected and provided at a sidewall of a refrigerator, a reinforcing plate 4 having a bending piece 21 for fixing the frame and fixed at a rear face by a foaming heat insulating agent 16, and an outer plate 22 having a positioning hole 23 for inserting the bent piece 21 in the reinforcing plate 4 and supporting and fixing the reinforcing plate. Hereby, the bending piece 21 projected from the reinforcing plate 4 can improve accuracy of relational position of the frame fixed to the reinforcing plate 4 and the door and keep the interval between a rotary door and the drawer type door, by being inserted in the hole 24 for positioning provided at the outer plate 22, whereby this can prevent the flaw of the door caused by contact and besides remove the space of seal member, and avoid sweating.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent excessive cooling and condensation of vegetable, fruit, etc., by forming a cold air guide on a back surface of an inner box of a lower storage chamber. CONSTITUTION:Cold air from a duct 16 is spread to an entire back surface of a vegetable container 11 by forming a protruding cold air guide 18 on a back surface of an inner box 17 of a lower storage chamber 9 to obtain a uniform temperature distribution. A fruit container 12 is pressed by the guide 18 to be returned to a normal position to obtain a close contact of the container 12 with a cover 13, thereby preventing direct entering of the cold air to the container 12. Thus, excessive cooling and condensation of the containers 11, 12 can be prevented, and freezing of vegetable, fruit, etc., can be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A muffler 11 is arranged on a shell 1a of a rotary compressor 1 by lengthening a delivery pipe 12 from the rotary compressor 1, and is fixed to the shell 1a of the rotary compressor 1 by means of resin 13. The muffler can be installed by means of a metal fitting forming a projecting part to be fitted to a muffler shape. The muffler can be also installed and fixed above the rotary compressor by means of the metal fitting having an annular projecting part to be fitted to the muffler shape.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a sink stand refrigerator, being saved in a space therefor and low in electric power consumption, vibration and noise, by a method wherein the refrigerator is provided with a compressor, a radiator, a sink stand accommodating the compressor and the radiator, a sink provided on the top of the sink stand and a heat conductive member, contacting with a table in one side and the radiator in the other side. CONSTITUTION:A sink stand 12 is provided with a rack 13 as well as an inverse L-shape heat conductive member 14 made of heat conductive aluminum, on which a sink stand refrigerator main body 10 is installed, a sink 6 as well as a table 7, which are provided on the top surface of the stand. The heat conductive member 14 contacts with the rear surfaces of the sink 6 and the table 7. The refrigerator main body 10 dissipates heat through a radiator 4 during the operation of a compressor 3 while the heat is transferred to the sink 6 or the table 7 through the heat conductive member 14 to discharge it directly into a room. It is not necessary to make the height of a leg 11 high in order to form a suction duct or provide an air discharging duct, therefore, the rack 13 may be utilized effectively. Further, a refrigerator 10, available of obtaining a sufficient strength, low vibration and low noise because of the low height of the leg 11, may be obtained while an electric power consumption therefor will never be increased than a conventional refrigerator since heat dissipation due to using water in the sink can be expected.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain water to the inlet air duct of a refrigerating chamber and exhaust water to a drain even when water is spelled near a thermocase by providing a through hole through which the thermocase communicates with the inlet air duct of the refrigerating chamber. SOLUTION: A thermocase 6 communicates with the inlet air duct 12 of a refrigerating chamber by a through hole 15 through the heat insulating material 11' of a partition chamber 10'. Water entering the thermocase 6 is guided to the inlet air duct 12 of the refrigerating chamber through the through hole 15 provided below the thermocase 6 and drained by a drain 14. Further, even when convection is blocked due to food, etc., placed on the through hole 15, cold air circulates through the through hole 15 so the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be controlled to prescribed temperature. Thus, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber can be prevented from being excessively lowered to prescribed temperature or lower and electric charges from being wastefully consumed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent temperature irregularity in a specific low temperature compartment and contrive to enhance the cooling speed of foodstuffs by molding the lower part of a specific lower temperature compartment and both side surfaces of the compartment in an integral U-shaped shelf and injecting a cold storage agent into the shelf from an injection port. SOLUTION: A door 29 is provided in a specific low temperature compartment 30 and a shelf 31 is formed in U-shape so that it may cover the base part of the specific low temperature compartment 30 and both side surfaces of the compartment, thereby injecting a cold storage agent into the shelf 31 from an injection port 33. The specific low temperature compartment 30 can be cooled without temperature irregularity all over with the base part and both side surfaces having cold accumulation effect created by filling up preliminarily the cooled air and the cold storage agent flowing in from a first discharge port 19 and a second discharge port 19a. This construction makes it possible to control the temperature irregularity of foodstuffs and enhance the cooling speed since a large volume of stored foodstuffs can be cooled with the cooled air discharged into the specific low temperature compartment and both side surface of the U-shaped shelf filled up with the preliminarily cooled cold storage agent and the bottom.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping of a rack by a method wherein cold storage agent is poured into the hollow rack, sliding on a rail unit provided on an inner casing, while a recess for preventing the sliding of the rack to an opening part by a projection, projected out of the rack, is provided at the center of the rail unit. SOLUTION: A rail unit 16 is provided in an inner casing 15 and cold heat storage agent 18 is filled into a hollow rack 17, sliding on the rail unit 16. A projection 19 is projected out of the hollow rack 17 and a recess 20, engaged with the projection 19 projected out of the hollow rack 17, is provided at the center of the rail unit 16. Thereby, the dropping of the rack, filled with frozen cold storage agent can be prevented and the temperature rise of food stuffs in a freezing chamber can be extended upon service interruption. On the other hand, the rack can be replaced by a rack of plastics in a refrigerating chamber easily upon service interruption whereby the temperature rise of the food stuffs in a vegetable vessel can be extended.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and noise of a refrigerator by forming an upper wall of a machine chamber of the refrigerator in an oblique shape toward a compressor and hence feeding the air from a fan along the outer periphery of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A shape of an upper wall 6 of a machine chamber is so formed that a fan 5 side is higher than a compressor 2 and its opposite side is lower than that, and so inclined obliquely at a predetermined angle (e.g. about 15 degrees) that a gap between the compressor 2 and the wall 6 of the chamber is gradually reduced toward the fan 5 with respect to the compressor 2. The air is passed through the entire periphery of the compressor 2 via the oblique shape of the wall 6 of the machine room thereby to satisfactorily cool the compressor 2 and hence to improve a cooling efficiency without increasing the quantity of the air such as without accelerating the speed of the fan 5. Thus, power consumption and air flowing sound of a motor for the fan 5 can be decreased.
