Abstract: PURPOSE:To fix securely a piping and a wire cord, enhance operability and prevent the piping from sweating during a cooling operation, by providing a piping fixing groove and a wire cord fixing groove at each of a slant side of a piping holder and a slant side of a main body. CONSTITUTION:A piping holder 9 can be split from a lower part 10 of a rear guider of a main body, and each of the holder 9 and the lower part 10 is provided with piping fixing grooves 11 and a wire cord fixing groove 12. After installation of the main body, the piping holder 9 can be fitted into the main body from the lower side along a wall surface 13. Therefore, with the piping holder 9 fitted into the main body from the lower side along the wall surface 13 after installation of the main body, pipings and a wire cord can be fixed securely, and operability can be enhanced. In addition, sweating on the pipings due to a cooling operation can be satisfactorily prevented by the piping holder 9.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent any drain failure from occurring by installing both vertical and horizontal shafts formed solidly with a blade and formed into L-shaped form, in a tip part of the blade, and making a brush contact with the bottom of a drain centralized groove. CONSTITUTION:A vertical shaft 3 and a horizontal shaft 5 formed solidly with a blade 2 and formed into L-shaped form each are installed in a tip part 2a of the blade 2 being driven by a motor 1. A blush 4 installed in a lower part of the horizontal shaft 5 comes into contact with the bottom 7 of a drain centralized groove 6. A casing 8 has a fluid inlet port 8a and a discharge port 8b. Drain water on the bottom of the drain centralized groove 6 is stirred by this brush 4. Thus, dust or the like is not accumulated on the bottom of the drain centralized groove so that any drain failure due to sludge or the like is thus preventable.
