Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the discharge loss and to improve the capacity by so constituting that a valve body is slidably engaged in a through guide groove, a small space in the through guide groove communicates with an appropriate space on the intake side, and force is applied by a spring to the valve body in the compression direction. CONSTITUTION:To a valve body 25, pressure in a compression chamber 3 is applied to its opening direction together with discharge pressure in the opposite direction, pressure in a small space 26, a force applied by a spring 28, and a resultant force of sliding resistance such as an inertia force of the valve body 25 and oil viscosity, and when the resultant force of all of them is overcome, the valve body 25 is moved in the outer circumferential direction so as to open a discharge port 8. In this way, as the valve body 25 reduces a pressure receiving area of discharge pressure against a pressure receiving area of the pressure in the compression chamber 3 and the pressure in the small space 26, that is, an intake side pressure is applied on this reduction amount of the pressure receiving area, the pressure in the compression chamber 3 required to open the valve body 25 can be lowered and discharge loss is reduced through prevention of overcompression, an d reduction in required input and improve ment in capacity can be attempted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the slide loss at the stable operation time and improve the reliability by making a spring of the form storaging alloy, and changing a natural length of the spring at the high temperature time and the low temperature time. CONSTITUTION:A natural length of a spring 19 made of the form storaging alloy is set so as to be l1, as same as the natural length l1 of the conventional spring when the temperature is low and to be l2 when the temperature is high. Immediately after the starting up, the temperature of the spring 19 is low and the natural length is where a vane 6 and a roller 5 always contact to each other. After passing the time from the starting up and under the condition near the stable condition, the temperature of the spring 19 rises to change the natural length of the spring 19 l1 l2. At this stage, since the natural length l2 is shorter than a distance A between the back surface of the vane 6 and a cylinder 4, the load F generated by the spring 19 works in the direction for separating the vane 6 and the roller 5. The chattering is thereby prevented at the starting up, and the slide loss at the stable time can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a leakage loss of lubricating oil as well to improve the extent of volumetric efficiency by installing plural recesses decreasing each sectional area to one side rotational direction along the circumferential direction and also plural recesses increasing each sectional area respectively in each end face being opposed to both main and sub bearings of a roller. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 19 moves its revolution with a center O2 of a crank 3c turned around a center O1 of a shaft 3, while it moves its rotation in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions with the center O2 as the center. When lubricating oil reached to both end faces 19a, 19b of the rotor 19 flows into recesses 20a - 20d and 22a - 22d increasing each sectional area due to the revoluting motion, oil pressure goes up owing to a wedge effect. When the rotor is rotated clockwise, if the lubricating oil flows into these recesses 20a - 22d and 22a - 22d increasing each sectional area, the oil pressure goes up as well. Even in the case where the roller 19 is rotated counterclockwise, the oil pressure goes up too. Since the number of recesses is the same, each hydraulic power is balanced, and thereby an amount of oil flowing into a compression space and a suction chamber is reduced. Thus, even in low speed operation, the hydraulic power is produced owing to the rotation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a compressor reducing the leakage by providing the first and second vanes providing a notch, spring belonging to a rear end of the first vane and linking in a direction of motion and a buffer material in the notch of the vane. CONSTITUTION:A single spring 10a is provided in a rear end of the first vane 6a, and a buffer material 22 is inserted into a notch 21 in adjacent surfaces of the first and second vanes 6a and 6b. Consequently, when refrigerant liquid or lubricating oil 18 in a compression chamber 11 tends to leak from a high pressure side to a low pressure side, the first vane 6a is lifted only against pressing force of the spring 10a provided in the first vane 6a, enabling the refrigerant liquid and the lubricating oil 18 to leak. Thus, decreasing sealing power between the vanes 6a, 6b and a roller 5, a mechanical element is prevented from being damaged by an abnormal rise of pressure in the compres sion chamber 11. While a seal between the first and second vanes 6a, 6b and the roller 5 is provided in two parts, and reducing the leakage in the compres sion chamber, the improvement of efficiency can be contrived in a compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent insufficiency of lubrication by providing the first communication path intermittently connecting a back pressure chamber to communicate with a suction chamber and the second communication path intermittently connecting the back pressure chamber to communicate with lubricating oil in the bottom part of a closed casing. CONSTITUTION:The first communication path 21, intermittently connecting a back pressure chamber 22 to communicate with a suction chamber 11a or a suction passage 15 or a suction pipe, and the second communication path 24, intermittently connecting the back pressure chamber 22 to communicate with lubricating oil in the bottom part of a closed casing 1, are provided. By intermittently opening and closing the first and second communication paths 21, 24, a pressure in the back pressure chamber 22 is held to an intermediate pressure approximate to a limit pressure at which a vane 20 comes into contact with a roller 5, and a sliding loss is reduced. In this way, a flow of the lubricating oil to the suction chamber 11a or the like is formed through the back pressure chamber 22 from the bottom part of the closed casing 1 surely one time per one turn of a shaft 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a compressor by a method wherein an inner roller is located to a crank, and an arcuate notch part having a curvature equivalent to or higher than that of the tip of e vane is the outer peripheral part of an outer roller engaged externally of the inner roller. CONSTITUTION:A vane 6 by which a compression chamber 11 is partitioned into high and low pressure chambers 11a and 11b is pressed against an outer roller 5b through the force of a spring 10. Even it rotating movement of the outer roller 5b along with eccentric rotation of a crank 3c is regulated, since an inner roller 5a is engaged internally of the outer roller 5b with a clearance held therebetween, rotating movement is not interrupted so much. Thus, through regulation of rotation of the inner roller 5a, incurring of a slide loss between the crank 3c and the inner roller 5a can be reduced. In a slide part between the tip of the vane 6 partitioning the high pressure chamber 11d from the low pressure chamber 11b and the outer roller 5b, a seal distance is increased by means of an arcuate notch part 20, and leakage from the high pressure chamber 11a to the lower pressure chamber 11b can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a circuit loss while a sufficient harmonic current suppression effect is maintained even if an input voltage fluctuates, by a method wherein the output voltage of an active filter is set at a voltage higher than the peak value of a power supply voltage by a certain level. SOLUTION: An AF drive circuit 35 controls ON/OFF of a semiconductor switching device 15 and consistently sets the output voltage of an active filter 12 at a voltage higher than the peak value of an input voltage set by a 1st voltage setting circuit by a certain voltage. With this constitution, even if the input voltage fluctuates, a circuit loss can be minimized and, further, a harmonic current can be sufficiently suppressed.
