Abstract: An inverter control apparatus for controlling a command frequency (f1) and a command voltage (V1) to be supplied to an inverter (2) which then supplies AC power of a desired frequency determined by the command frequency and the command voltage to an induction motor (1). The inverter control apparatus receives a requested rotational speed (fref) of the motor and an actual rotational speed (f') obtained by detecting a frequency of a fluctuation component of a drive current supplied from the inverter (2) to the induction motor (1). A difference between the requested rotational speed and the actual rotational speed represents a slip amount, which is added to the requested rotational speed to produce a command frequency. The command voltage is set to a voltage when the monitored drive current is at a minimum value.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted refrigerator in which a battery can be prevented from dying even if the load current is varied by detecting overdischarge at a correct battery voltage even if the length of wiring is different among different types of vehicle. SOLUTION: A control means for preventing overdischarge 13 controls the temperature in the compartment by varying the voltage of a cooling means 8 comprising a thermoelectric element 5 depending on the temperature in the compartment and detects overdischarge of a battery 15 by detecting the input voltage through an input voltage detecting circuit 14. Since the input voltage is compensated by a voltage corresponding to the load current, overdischarge can be detected constantly with a correct battery voltage and the battery is protected against dying.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress and noise of a compressor by opening a valve for a short time to bring about pressure equilibrium while setting the time interval after stopping the compressor before delivering a start command within a set start waiting time before starting the compressor. SOLUTION: A freely opening/closing valve 6 is disposed at a position for bypassing the high pressure side of refrigeration cycle 5 to the low pressure side and a start waiting time setting means 12 sets a start waiting time required for starting a compressor 1 again without causing any lock after stopping thereof. A comparing means compares the start waiting time with a time interval immediately after stopping of the compressor before delivery of a stop command received from a timer count means 13. When the time interval is within the start waiting set time, the valve 6 is opened for a short time to bring about pressure equilibrium before starting the compressor 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain hunting with high accuracy at a low cost, by detecting the fluctuation of a peak value from the outputted signal of a motor current detection part for checking if hunting occurs, and adjusting outputted voltage. SOLUTION: Hunting is detected by an AC part hunting discrimination part 4 from a motor current detection part 3 consisting of a current sensor for detecting motor current running through a compressor 2 and a change in current obtained by the motor current detection part 3. An output voltage command value is changed from the output of an AC part hunting discrimination part 4, and a PWM pulse is calculated to drive a reverse conveter 1. It is thus possible to restrain hunting with high accuracy at a low cost, by a simple method of detecting hunting easily with the current sensor and changing voltage.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient inverter controller for air-conditioning by minimizing power consumption without changing the speed of a compressor for air-conditioning. SOLUTION: The inverter controller of an air conditioner has a compressor for compressing a refrigerant by an induction motor 1 which is driven by an inverter 2 for varying a command voltage V1 and a command frequency f1 . It has a means 13 for detecting the pressure of the discharge refrigerant of the compressor, a means 15 for discriminating the frequency of the fluctuation constituent of the detected pressure, command frequency control means 7 and 8 for controlling the drive frequency so that it matches a target frequency by compensating the slide of the motor 1 based on the frequency which is discriminated by the discriminating means 15, and command voltage control means 9, 10, and 11 for including a minimization control means 11 for searching a command voltage so that a current value detected by the current detection means 3 gradually decreases.

A wave shape memory device 12, which stores each of different voltage-frequency characteristic, determines a voltage-frequency characteristic with the torque load and outputs a wave shape signal to an inverter device 14, thereby constituting a wave shape generating device 13.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an inverter control device which keeps a power consumption to the minimum without changing the number of revolutions of an induction motor and has a high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A command voltage control means is installed and comprises a current detection means 3 which detects a current flowing to an induction motor 1 driven by an inverter having a variable command voltage and a variable command frequency and a minimization control means 11 which computes the torque current and the exciting current of the motor 1 on the basis of the phase difference of a voltage and a current by using an applied-voltage waveform, compensate a slip frequency component, computes the power consumption of the motor on the basis of the voltage and the current, and searches a command voltage in such a way that electric power becomes gradually small. Then, the power consumption is controlled minimum.
