    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device for a refrigerator showing a less number of times of failure in starting operation of a DC electric motor by a method wherein the starting operation of the DC electric motor is avoided in the case that a load torque applied to the DC electric motor during its starting time is high in its value. SOLUTION: This refrigerator comprises an electric control device 7 for a compressor for driving a DC electric motor 6 so a to keep a temperature within a refrigerator constant in response to temperature data and a starting waiting time determining means 16, wherein a time ranging from just after a stopping of the DC electric motor 6 to a time in which a freezing cycle 2 is made stable to a state enabling the compressor to be started next is determined and then the starting waiting time is counted by a timer counting means 17. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to avoid a starting of the DC electric motor under the case in which a load torque applied to the DC electric motor 6 at the time of starting operation is high and then it is possible to provide an operation control device for a refrigerator in which there are provided a less number of times of failure in starting operation of the DC electric motor.

SOLUTION: There are provided a compressor 1 having inside its shell a pressure which is about the same as that of the gas sucked in, a DC motor 3 for driving the compressor, an inverter 13 capable of variable speed control, a temperature difference detective circuit 29 for detecting the difference in temperature between the storage chamber temperature and a set point, and a revolution number-setting circuit 30 by which, when the difference in temperature has become smaller than a set value, the number of revolutions of the DC motor 3 is made smaller than the rotation under commercial power supply.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a refrigeration cycle device having a less possibility of fault energization by a method wherein a load torque of a DC electric motor is detected during energization of the motor in reference to a refrigeration cycle suction temperature, a discharging temperature and a difference between the discharging temperature and the suction temperature and then the motor is energized from the beginning under an energization sequence pattern corresponding to a load torque. CONSTITUTION: When an energization is carried out, an operation mode changing-over means 20 connects an energization sequence control means 13 with a synthesis means 21. Then, a torque-up means A18 outputs a pattern stored in an energization sequence pattern memory means A14 to an energization sequence control means 13 and a compressor 5 is operated under a pattern of the lowest output torque. In addition, a locked state sensing means 17 judges a locked state of the compressor 5. If the locked state is found, the compressor 5 is operated in energization sequence patterns B, C having a high output torque. In turn, when a suction temperature sensing means 26 detects a suction temperature of the refrigeration cycle 25, the torque-up means A18 may select an energization sequence pattern having a high output torque corresponding to the case in which the high suction temperature is found.

CONSTITUTION:An indoor temperature detecting means 2 and an outdoor temperature detecting means 8 are provided to store detecting information upon previous operation into a previous operation history memorizing means 7, then, an operating season is estimated by a season deciding means 6 from a living area room temperature, the outdoor temperature and the history of previous operation. The radiation temperature in a living area, which is in accordance with the season, is operated by a radiation temperature operating means 3 from the room temperature, the outdoor temperature and the season while the speed of airflow is estimated by an airflow speed estimating means 4 from a set amount of airflow. Then, the PMV value of the living area is operated by an every season PMV value operating means 9 from the radiation temperature, the speed of airflow, the amount of operation set in an amount of operation setting means 5 and the season while a cooling and heating means 11 is controlled by a PMV value cooling and heating control means 10 so that the living area PMV value becomes neutral.

Accordingly, it is possible to input the temperature feeling of a user at that time, a confirmation of the operation by the user himself can be performed, a plurality of times of temperature feeling inputting operations caused by fear can be avoided and an accurate PMV value correction can be carried out.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control a PMV value within a room without being restricted by an installing location of a sensing means by a method wherein the PMV value in a dwelling region is deduced with inputting conditions of a corrected outdoor temperature, a room temperature, a varying amount of the room temperature and a mean radiation temperature, and then a heating or cooling means is controlled in such a manner that the PMV value of dwelling region may become neutral value. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a heating or cooling means 27 for cooling or heating an indoor area, a mean radiation temperature sensing means 19, an indoor temperature sensing means 18, an outdoor temperature sensing means 23, and an outdoor temperature correcting means 24 for divisionally correcting the detected temperature sensed by the outdoor temperature sensing means 23 for its cooling time and its heating time, respectively. The PMV value in a dwelling region is studied in advance by a neuro PMV value calculating means 25, the PMV value in the dwelling region is deducted with the corrected outdoor temperature, the room temperature, a varying amount of the room temperature per unit time and a mean radiation temperature being applied as inputting condition, and then the heating or cooling means 27 is controlled by a heating or cooling PMV value control means 26 in such a manner that the PMV value in the dwelling region may become a neutral value.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage loss of a refrigerant by setting as X, Y, Z axis the direction of the plate thickness of each vane, that of the reciprocating motion of each vane, and that of the height of each vane, respectively, and inclining the contact surfaces of both vanes with respect to both of the X and Y axis on the XY plane, and also inclining the contact surfaces with respect to both of the Y and Z axis on the YZ plane. CONSTITUTION:The force G of the total of a pressing force exerted by a spring 23 provided on the back face of a second vane 21 and the pressure of a highpressure refrigerant discharged into a sealed casing acts on the back face of the second vane. On the inclined contact surface 21a of the second vane 21 a force G1 therefore acts in the direction perpendicular to the contact surface. The second vane is acted upon by a force G exerted in the direction of the reciprocating motion of the vane as the component of the force G1, a force G2 in the direction of the thickness of the second vane, and a force G3 in the direction of the height of the second vane. Hence the second vane 21 is pressed against the side face side and main bearing side of a vane channel 4a. A first vane 20 is also acted upon by a reaction force and is also pressed against a vane channel.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of compressor and to increase reliability of sliding members by providing oil passages not communicating with a coolant gas space in a sealed casing, and an oil discharge passage of an oil feeding mechanism whose one end is communicated with the oil passages and the other end is communicated with the lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:Inside a cover 19, an oil discharge passage 19a is formed. In the oil discharge passage 19a, its one end is communicated with oil passage 13a to 13c through the clearance of a roller bearing 7a, and the other end is communicated with the lubricating oil 18. Since the oil passages 13a to 13c are not communicated with the gas space 1a in a sealed casing 1, the coolant gas never flows in to roller bearings 7a and 8a reversely. Consequently, the efficiency of the compressor is improved, and the reliability of sliding members can be also improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the leak amount of refrigerant by forming the end of a vane into the shape of an arc of more than 180 deg. degrees, and also forming a notched portion in the form of an arc of more than 180 deg. degrees and of curvature equal to or larger than that of the end of the vane. CONSTITUTION:A machine portion connected via a shaft 3 to an electric motor portion (not shown in the figure) and comprising a cylinder 4, a roller 5 and a vane 6 etc. is stored in a sealed casing 1. In this case the end 6a of the vane 6 is formed into the shape of an arc of more than 180 deg. degrees. A notched portion 20 in the form of an arc of more than 180 deg. degrees and of curvature equal to or larger than that of the end 6a of the vane is formed in the outer peripheral portion of the roller 5 interposed between the cylinder 4 and the crank portion 3c of the shaft 3 in such a manner as freely rotating. The end 6a of the vane and the notched portion 20 are fitted with each other. A sealing distance in a sliding portion comprising the end 6a of the vane and the outer peripheral portion 20 of the roller 5 is thereby extended so as to decrease the amount that refrigerant leaks from a high-pressure chamber to a low-pressure chamber.
