    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve foaming heat insulating performance by integrating a carbon dioxide adsorbent being foamed into a hard urethane foam to remove carbon dioxide in the hard urethane foam by adsorption. CONSTITUTION: In a carbon dioxide adsorbent 1, calcium hydroxide is impregnated with a 0.01mol. equivalence of moisture per the calcium hydroxide and a vinyl acetate resin is formed as film by a wet type spray coating. A premixing component and an isocyanate component are mixed and stirred up using a high pressure foaming machine with a specified number of blending parts and injected into a box body hollow part 5 made up of an inner box 3 and an outer box 4 from a delivery head 2 through an injection port 6. The carbon dioxide adsorbent 1 is arranged previously at a box body flange part 7 below the injection port 6 and material delivered from the delivery head 2 entrains the carbon dioxide adsorbent 1 to fill the box body hollow part 5 being mixing integral. The urethane foam 7 filled is hardened with the passage of time to obtain a heat insulating box body.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recycle property of a vacuum heat insulator, and reduce the weight thereof by filling the powder carrying at least the oxidation inhibitor in a part of the powder formed by crashing the organic resin composition as a core material of a vacuum heat insulator in an inner bag material having a ventilating property. SOLUTION: The powder 4 of the crashed organic resin composition powder and the oxidation inhibitor 5 are mixed and agitated so as to manufacturing the powder 4 carrying the oxidation inhibitor 5. The predetermined a quantity of this powder 4 is filled in an inner bag material 3 having a ventilating property so as to manufacture a core material 2 for vacuum heat insulator 1. After performing the heating to the core material 2, the core material 2 is inserted with the gas adsorbent 6 into an outer material 7 made of the gas barrier type laminated film. Thereafter, evacuation is performed in a vacuum chamber provided with a thermal fusion device, and an end of the outer material 7 is sealed by thermal fusion so as to form a vacuum heat insulator 1. As an organic resin composition, the hard urethane foam as a foaming body of the urethane resin composition is especially desirable.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled material for a vacuum heat insulating body by collecting hard urethane foam waste from a selection device outlet, finely crushing the waste, and filling a ventilating inner bag material with it. SOLUTION: After waste is put in a crushing device so as to be roughly crushed, the crushed hard urethane foam waste is collected by means of a selection device. The collected waste is finely crushed by a friction type crusher so as to be turned into powder constituting a core material for a vacuum heat insulating body. Then, synthetic silica is mixed with the powder, and the mixture is stirred and charged in a ventilating inner bag material, and consequently, a core material for the vacuum heat insulating body is formed. The core material is dried at 120-180 deg.C, and then, inserted into a covering material formed of a gas-barrier film and shaped into a bag by heat sealing three sides of the gas-barrier film, and after the inside of the covering material is evacuated, the rest one side is sealed by heat sealing, and consequently, the vacuum heat insulating body is formed. In this way, hard urethane foam waste collected from the selection device outlet is finely crushed so as to be recycled as the core material for the vacuum heat insulating body.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by providing a tank in a refrigerating chamber and an ice making pan in a freezing chamber, supplying water from the tank to the ice making pan through a water supply hose coated with an anti-freeze heater and coating the anti-freeze heater and the water supply hose with a vacuum heat insulating material. SOLUTION: A tank 1 is arranged in a refrigerating chamber 8 while an ice making pan 6 is arranged in a freezing chamber 9 and water is supplied from the tank 1 to the ice making pan 6 through a water supply hose 2. The water supply hose 2 is coated with an anti-freeze heater 4 on the freezing chamber 9 side and both the anti-freeze heater 4 and the water supply hose 2 are coated with a vacuum heat insulating material 10. The vacuum heat insulating material 10 is made by inserting an inner bag material 12 filled with a ventilating core material 11 into an exterior material 14 made of a gas barrier film and then sealing the inside of the exterior material 14 by reducing the pressure. According to the structure, power consumption of the anti-freeze heater 4, and the like, can be reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a vacuum heat insulating body by depressurizing and sealing the inside of an outer member including a room temperature activation type getter material and the like. SOLUTION: As a room temperature activation type getter material to eliminate at least nitrogen, oxygen, a water content and carbon dioxide, a combo getter including barium-lithium alloy is used for a gas absorbent 6. Powder 4 formed of hard urethane foam powder prepared by being ground and 'a Toku-seal P(R)' 5 equivalent to about 3 wt.% in 2 weight parts of a core 2 are mixed with each other and agitated, and a predetermined amount is filled into an inner bag member 3 having permeability, thereby the core 2 of this vacuum heat insulating body 1 can be prepared. At its time, the 'Toku-seal P(R)' 5 is reacted as a supreplasticizer, therefore the powder 4 formed of the hard urethane foam powder can be formed into the best filling shape. After heat treatment is applied to the core 2 at about 150 deg.C for about 1 hour, the core 2 is inserted together with the gas absorbent 6 in a gas barrier film-made outer member 7. Vacuum exhaustion is performed by a vacuum chamber equipped with a thermal seal device, and the end part of the outer member 7 is sealed by thermal seal.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject heat insulting material capable of rapidly adsorbing and removing a carbon dioxide gas in closed cells in a short time and fixing water generated by a side reaction by a reaction, comprising a foamed polyurethane resin composition having closed cells charged with a volatile blowing agent. SOLUTION: This foamed polyurethane resin composition comprises a foamed polyurethane resin composition having closed cells charged with a volatile blowing agent. The resin composition contains a urethane bond, a urea bond, at least one carbonate of an alkaline (earth) carbonate obtained by reacting an alkaline (earth) metal hydroxide with a carbon dioxide and a compound obtained by reacting an epoxy compound with water. A polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a reactive blowing agent, a volatile blowing agent and a polyisocyanate are mixed with the alkaline (earth) metal hydroxide and the epoxy compound, expanded and passed through a step, in which the polyurethane resin composition containing a carbon dioxide gas generated by the reaction between the reactive blowing agent and a polyisocyanate and the volatile blowing agent in the closed cells is formed, to give the objective heat insulating material.

SOLUTION: This vacuum insulator capable of retarding the increase of the inner pressure of the vacuum insulator and hardly causing deterioration of insulation properties over time is obtained by applying an absorber 3 comprising a compound obtained by previously heating a dawsonite and a hydrotalcite at >=250 deg.C temperature to dislocate carbonate ion in a crystal lattice and a part or the whole of crystal water to the exterior of the crystal lattice and to form vacancies in the crystal lattice, to the vacuum insulator 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foamed heat insulation material having excellent heat insulation performances by adding a carbonate synthesis catalyst coated with a resin film and a carbonate compound prepared by reacting an epoxide compound with carbon dioxide to a resin composition having closed cells filled with a volatile blowing agent and containing at least urethane bonds and urea bonds. SOLUTION: The volatile blowing agent used is exemplified by cyclopentane. The carbonate synthesis catalyst used is one prepared by previously coating a powder of a nucleophilic compound (e.g. tetraalkylammonium halide) with a resin film (e.g. ethyl cellulose film). The epoxide compound used has a viscosity of 1,000 Pa.s or below at 25 deg.C and is exemplified by ethyl glycidyl ether. A heat insulation material 4 comprises a resin skeleton 5 comprising urethane bonds, urea bonds and a carbonate compound and closed cells containing a synthesis catalyst 7.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation properties while taking in consideration the reduction of a burden to global environment by forming a foam heat insulating material from an expanded polyurethane resin composition having closed cell filled with a volatile compound, and containing a bubble fining agent at least inside the independent cells at partial pressure lower than the volatile compound. SOLUTION: Two components of a premixed component A in which polyole, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a reactive foaming agent, a volatile foaming agent and a bubble fining agent are previously mixed with each other, and a component B consisting of polyisocyanate, are mixed with each other and agitated by a high pressure foaming machine. Then, an ABS resin-made surface bar 2 and a steel plate-made surface bar 3 are foamed and filled in a space part formed through a flange part 4, so that a heat insulating case body 1 is molded. Here, the bubble fining agent is a volatile compound having reaction to lower the diameters of the closed cell composing the foam heat insulating agent 5 of the heat insulating case body 1. Hereby, the diameters of the bubbles of the foam heat insulating agent are fined and foam insulation properties can be improved while taking in consideration the reduction of a burden to global environment.

CONSTITUTION: A thermally insulating foamed product in which the pores are substantially filled with the vapor of a volatile foaming agent and the partial pressure of the vapor is higher that 5mmHg at 25 deg.C is obtained through the mixing and foaming process whereby the polyurethane starting substances containing a reactive foaming agent, a volatile foaming agent with a molecular weight of 70 or more, boiling at 150 deg.C or lower, an epoxy compound, and a carbon dioxide-fixing catalyst are mixed and foamed to form a foamed polyurethane having closed cells containing carbon dioxide liberated by reaction of the reactive foaming agent with polyisocyanate and the volatile foaming agent, and the following process whereby the carbon dioxide adds to the epoxy groups in the epoxy compound in the presence of a carbon dioxide-fixing catalyst to form a solid or liquid cyclic carbonate.
