Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate back-lash of a terminal and stabilize the position of a snap-switch and ensure the switching operation by constructing a switch from two terminals holding a contact and a terminal holding the rectangular snap switch, and holding these terminals by a base integrally molded with an electrically insulating resin. CONSTITUTION:A switch part 41 is constructed from two terminals 43 having a contact and a terminal 45 holding a nearly rectangular snap switch 44, and these are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the switch 44 and fixed on the rectangular base 42 by an insert of resin. Then, when these are mounted in a switch case 21, these are received on the projecting surface 28 of a recess 25 provided in the case 21 so that the longitudinal direction of the switch part 41 and the sliding direction of a push-pin 31 make a right angle. Herein, a contact part 39 of a lever 36 and the snap-switch 44 of the switch part 41 are positioned so that they are brought in contact or separated by the rotation of the lever 36, and when the push-pin 36 is actuated, the lever 36 is rotated and the contact part 39 is caused to abut the snap-switch 44 to rotate the switch 44.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a crack and chip in ice caused when the ice is ejected from an ice tray, about an ice tray for making ice. SOLUTION: The ice tray 11 temporarily stores supplied water to make ice. A temperature-sensitive displacement element (bimetal element 16) that deforms below 0°C is arranged in a depression 14 formed in the bottom of an ice chamber 13 of the ice tray 11. After water in the ice tray freezes, the temperature-sensitive displacement element is deformed, and the displacement and force travels to the ice to promote a separation of the ice chamber 14 and the ice, thus suppressing a crack and chip in the ice. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply system where a tank and a driver can be separated easily and besides which can transmit the torque of the driver stably to a water supply pump within the tank. SOLUTION: This water supply system is composed of a water supply pump 14 which is constituted of a spiral vehicle 118 extended toward an opening from the vicinity of the inner bottom of a tank 112 for water reservation and a tubular case 119 covering the spiral vehicle 118, and a driver 115 which is arranged on the side of the opening of the tank 112 so as to rotate the spiral vehicle 118. The spiral vehicle 118 and the driver 115 are coupled with each other by means of joints (124 and 125) capable of separation in the direction vertical to the rotary shaft of the spiral vehicle 118, whereby the torque from the driver 115 to the spiral vehicle 118 is transmitted surely between the joints (124 and 125). Further, since the spiral vehicle 118 and the driver 115 are in contact by the joints (124 and 125) but are not fixed, they can by separated easily when mounting or removing the tank 112.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an automatic ice making device. SOLUTION: The automatic ice making device is provided with a switch lever 120 and a pivoting shaft 11. In the switch lever 120, a first protuberance 120c is energized into the pushing direction of a button 119a of a switch 119. The first protuberance 120c is separated from the button 119a of the switch 119 when a second protuberance is contacted with the projected part 121a of a switch operating cam of a cam gear 115. The pivoting shaft 116 is provided with an ice detecting lever 3 attached to the mounting unit 116a of the same and the follower unit 116b is pushed against the pivoting permitting cam 117 of the cam gear 115. In this case, the automatic ice making device is so constituted that a follower protuberance 116c pushes a switch lever 120 so that the first protuberance 120c cannot push the button 119a of the switch 119, when the follower unit 116b of the pivoting shaft 116 has arrived at the recess 117b of the pivoting permitting cam 117, and the ice detecting lever 3 can be invaded into an ice storage box 12 to permit the pivoting of the pivoting shaft 116 by an angle more than a predetermined value.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold with a built-in thermoelectric module to increase an opportunity for a heating medium to make contact with the heat transfer surface of the thermoelectric module, be high in cooling efficiency and secure reliability. SOLUTION: Since an impeller 13 and a rotor 17 are integrally formed and formed of a magnetic substance, a weight balance is stable and since the efficiency of heat-exchange with a heat transfer surface 12a is improved, cooling efficiency is improved. Further, since a bearing part 19 of the impeller 13 is molded by using two parts through a space part 20, a heat medium is positively inputted in a gap between a spindle 18 and a bearing part 19, whereby wear of the spindle 18 is reduced and a manifold with a built-in thermoelectric module having further improved reliability is provided.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of scale and to obviate transfer of bad smell to ice by continuing an operation of a pump until a tank is mounted when the tank is removed during the operation of the pump. CONSTITUTION:When installation of a tank 2 at a predetermined position in a cold storage chamber 1 is confirmed by tank sensing means 6 and closing of a door 7 of the chamber 1 is confirmed by door switching sensing means 8, a positive displacement pump 3 is driven to suck water in the tank 2 through a suction tube 5 and to supply it to an icemaking tray 21 through a discharge tube 18. When the door 7 is opened during driving of the pump 3 and the tank 2 is removed, non-installation of the tank 2 is sensed by the means 6, and then the pump 3 is continuously operated by its sense signal. When the pump 3 is operated with the tank 2 removed, the air is sucked by the tube 5, water in the tube 5, the pump 3 and the tube 18 is not dropped and stayed in the tube, and hence water in the tube, the pump 3 does not flow into the chamber 1.

Also, a reinforcing plate is spanned between the driving case and a discharging pipe. For an attaching base, an arc-form cylinder wall part, receiving part and engaging claw are provided. In addition, an isolated switch storage part 40 is provided on the attaching base. The pump 51 is fitted on the protuberance, etc., and fixed on the attaching base, and a cap 100 is attached on the top of the pump 51 and switch storage part 40.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water feeding device having a superior workability, is less-expensive, is small-sized and requires less installing space by a method wherein a switch operating member is installed at its one end and a lever rotated in response to fixing or removing of a water feeding tank is held by a bearing part. CONSTITUTION:A spring 85 installed at a shaft part 84b is biased in such a manner that a lever 80 is placed at a predetermined position when a water feeding tank is not yet installed. A switch operating member 86 having magnetic force is inserted into a switch operating part 82 and partially held by a rib 82a having a claw-like shape. A lever holding part 87 formed on a base 68 includes a pair of bearings 89 oppositely arranged to each other and an engaging part 90 for holding the other end of the spring 85 installed at a shaft part 84b of the lever 80 at a recess formed at one of the bearings 89a. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to provide a water feeding device of which assemblying work can be simply carried out with less trouble and less fixing space.
