SOLUTION: An evaporator is provided, which evaporates water by providing the front end of a grill plate with a ventilation port 40 so as to evaporate more efficiently the water of the evaporation accelerating member 43 erected close to a heat exchanger 35 for heat radiation installed at the rear of the main body 30 of a storage shed, and raises the suction efficiency of outside air by the attachment of a blower 45, and improves the heat radiation capacity and the evaporation capacity of itself, and compactify the evaporation accelerating member 43, and simplifies the attachment of the evaporation acceleration member 43 by the engagement with the locking claw provided at itself.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manifold with a built-in thermoelectric module to increase an opportunity for a heating medium to make contact with the heat transfer surface of the thermoelectric module, be high in cooling efficiency and secure reliability. SOLUTION: Since an impeller 13 and a rotor 17 are integrally formed and formed of a magnetic substance, a weight balance is stable and since the efficiency of heat-exchange with a heat transfer surface 12a is improved, cooling efficiency is improved. Further, since a bearing part 19 of the impeller 13 is molded by using two parts through a space part 20, a heat medium is positively inputted in a gap between a spindle 18 and a bearing part 19, whereby wear of the spindle 18 is reduced and a manifold with a built-in thermoelectric module having further improved reliability is provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to set optionally the thermal insulating capacity of a transparent section by laminating a plurality of transparent film frame bodies to form closed spaces as insulating layers, and filling foamable urethane thermal insulating materials into parts other than the closed spaces. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of transparent film frame bodies 14... that the peripheral surface of transparent film 12 is borne on internal frame 13 and 13 are laminated, they are held between an external plate 15 and a window board 18, and closed spaces are formed as a plurality of thermal insulating layers. After that, excepting the closed spaces, foamable urethane thermal insulating materials 10 are filled among the peripheral surfaces of the external plate 15, internal plate 8 having a notched hole 7, facing frame 9 and internal frame 8. The thickness of the closed space is properly adjusted to set optionally the thermal insulating capacity of a transparent section.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify assembling operations as well as raise the appearance of decorated face by lessening the increase of weight even when increasing heat-insulating layers by a method in which transparent plate modules paired through a tray-like transparent plate laminated with a metal plate are laminated with each other. CONSTITUTION:A transparent plate 13 laminated with a metal layer 12 is put between two tray-like transparent resin plates 14 having recessed portions facing each other and fixed with an adhesive 15 to form a transparent plate module 16. Two sets of the modules 16 are fixed to an inner frame 17 by the adhesive 15 to form seven (7) layers of enclosed spaces 20 as heat-insulating layers between outer plates 18 and the transparent plate 19. The space surrounded by the inner plate 22, the outer plate 18, the decorated frame 23, and inner plate 17, excluding the enclosed space 20, is packed with a heat insulator 10. The transparent part can have an optional heat-insulating function, and the inside of the refrigerator can be easily seen through by varying the reflection and permeation of light by changing the kinds and thickness of the laminated metal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten a clear ice-making time, by a method wherein a vent hole is formed in a part of a heating plate on the upper surface of an ice-making chamber in which a heating device, e.g. heaters. is disposed, a temperature sensor is positioned in a space at the back of the heating plate facing the vent hole, and support structure of the temperature sensor is formed by a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The outer wall, except the bottom and the front, of a first ice-making chamber 22 is surrounded with a heat insulating material 24. A heater 25 is disposed at the back of a top surface, and a heating plate 27 made of aluminum in which a vent hole 26 is formed is situated to one section in the vicinity of a central part. A temperature sensor 28 is positioned at the back of the heating plate 27 and in a space, formed by notching a part of the heat insaluting material 24, in a state to be supported by the heat insulating material 24 and situated facing the vent hole 26, and controls energization of the heater 25. Through detection of an ambient temperature in an ice-making chamber by the temperature sensor 28, the starting of energization of the heating device 25 is delayed than the starting of ice-making until temperature by the temperature sensor 28 attains a predetermined value in response to, for example, the starting of icing of water. Thereby, cooling without heating is effected until the temperature of water is reduced approximate 0 deg.C.

CONSTITUTION: A decoration frame 20 surrounds inner and outer plates 19, 12 while supporting and a space surrounded by the inner and outer plates 19, 12, the decoration frame 20 and a transparent resin plate 16 is filled with a heat insulating material 10 except an enclosed space 17. A door is heat insulated by the material 10, the space 17 of four heat insulating layers and an ultrathin metal layer 13 laminated on one side of transparent resin plates 14, 16. Inside of a refrigerator can be seen through the transparent resin plates 14, 16, the four layer enclosed space 17 and a cut 18 made in the inner plate. Since a laminate fixing frame and a gap adjusting spacer are not required, the number of parts is decreased and assembling work is facilitated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten a clear ice-making time and to make ordinary ice in a short time with high efficiency, by a method wherein a vent hole is formed in a heating plate, a temperature sensor is provided in the back space of the heating plate, a partition plate is placed below 8 cooling plate, and first and second ventilation flues are formed. CONSTITUTION:An ambient temperature in an icemaking chamber 22 is detected through a vent hole 26 formed in a heating plate 27 by means of a temperature sensor 28. The starting of energization of a heating device 25 is more delayed than the starting of ice-making until temperature by the temperature sensor attains a predetermined value, and cooling is performed without cooling until the temperature of water is reduced to approximate 0 deg.C. A door body 29 isolates an influence by external atmosphere on the interior of the ice-making chamber 22. Cool air passing through a first ventilation flue 33 cools a cooling plate 13 to make clear ice by using a first ice-making pan 15. When it flows to the rear after flowing back to the interior of a second ventilation flue 34, a second ice-making pan 16 is cooled from its upper surface to perform making of ordinary ice. A thermal influence by water in the second ice-making pan 16 is isolated by a partition plate 32, and the cooling force of the cooling plate 13 is not lowered. Generated steam is also shut off by the partition plate 32, and the cooling force of the cooling plate 13 is prevented from reduction due to frosting and icing.
