    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower power consumption by a method wherein a refrigerating chamber sensor and a cold storage chamber sensor are arranged and the number of revolutions at which a compressor runs is determined based on inputs from the refrigerating chamber sensor and the cold storage chamber sensor to accomplish an operation at the optimum number of revolutions. SOLUTION: An output of a refrigerating chamber sensor 24 is inputted at an input terminal IN1 of a microcomputer 26. Then, an internal temperature of a refrigerating chamber inputted is compared with a preset temperature to determine the number of revolutions. Then, an output of a cold storage chamber sensor 25 is inputted at an input terminal IN2 of the microcomputer 26. Then, the internal temperature of the cold storage chamber inputted is compared with a preset temperature to alter the number of revolutions and the number of revolutions thus obtained is outputted to an inverter 27 from an output terminal OUT1. For example, when the internal temperature of the refrigerating chamber is at a set value while the internal temperature of the cold storage chamber is higher than a set temperature, the number of revolutions of a compressor 18 is increased and the evaporation temperature is lowered thereby lowering the internal temperature of the storage to a set value in a short time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain energy saving effect by stopping the operation of an oil cooler when the temperature of a compressor is low. CONSTITUTION: The delivery route 2 of refrigerant from a compressor 1 is branched into first and second delivery routes 15, 16 while the first delivery route 15 is connected to an oil cooler 6 and the oil cooler 6 is connected to a main condenser 7. The second delivery route 16 is connected to the main condenser 7 through a bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6. A compressor oil temperature detecting means 11 is provided and when the temperature of the compressor 1 becomes low, the discharged refrigerant from the compressor 1 is sent to the main condenser 7 through the bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6 by opening the bypass valve whereby the excessive reduction in the temperature of the compressor 1 is prevented and energy saving effect can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent refrigerant from being decomposed under an abnormal high temperature of the refrigerant and to perform a forced convection cooling of a compressor by a method wherein when a temperature of discharged gas is detected and this detected gas temperature keeps an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, the compressor is stopped in its operation and a blower is electrically energized and driven subsequently even after the compressor is stopped in its operation. CONSTITUTION: If a temperature of a discharging pipe of a compressor is increased and a temperature detected by a discharged gas sensing means 6 keeps a higher temperature than an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, for example, 5 seconds, the operation is transferred to a discharged gas abnormal mode. Then, a compressor 1 is turned off by a relay 11 and is stopped in its operation for a predetermined period of time. However, a fan motor 4 is electrically energized and driven as it is after elapsing a specified period of time. Then, after elapsing a specified period of time, the relay 11 is turned on by a control circuit 13, the compressor 1 is again electrically energized and driven to start a cooling operation. At this time, the fan motor 4 is subsequently electrically energized and driven. With such an arrangement as above, a recovering of the compressor 1 is rapidly carried out, an inner side of a refrigerator is cooled again to enable a foodstuff in the refrigerator to be prevented from being decayed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the frosting of the fore surface of a guide unit as well as the freezing of the abutting part of the same unit and guarantee the smooth opening and closing of a door by a method wherein the fore surface of the guide unit and the abutting part between a partitioning body and the guide unit are constituted so as to be heated by a heat generating body accommodated in the guide unit. CONSTITUTION:When a door 6A is closed, a partitioning body 15 enters the inside 13 of a refrigerator, a column 16A is abutted against the semi-circular groove 17 of the partitioning body 15, then, the column 16A is advanced further while being abutted against the groove 17, the partitioning body 15 is turned counterclockwise and the gaskets 12 of the doors 6A, 6B are contacted closely with the fore surface of the partitioning body 15 and the fore surface 16B of a guide unit 16 under the condition that the door 6A is closed. In this case, the fore surface 16B of the guide unit 16 and the abutting part between the column 16A projected from the guide unit 16 and the semicircular groove 17 of the partitioning body 15 are heated by a heat generating body 18 accommodated in the guide unit 16. According to this method, the frosting of the fore surface 16B of the guide unit and the freezing of the abutting part between the column 16A of the guide unit and the groove 17 of the partitioning body can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a door with little increase in weight thereof without losing clearance by simultaneously laminating and fixing a plurality of transparent plastic plates in a tightly closed space between transparent glass plates inside and outside the door through a laminating/fixing plate. CONSTITUTION:Transparent glass plates 1 are disposed on the inside and outside of a door, and a transparent plastic plate 2 comprises a material such as acryl, polycarbonate, stylene, and ABS, etc. A plurality of the transparent plastic plates 2 are spaced away between the transparent glass plates 1 inside and outside the door. A laminate fixing frame 3 laminates and fixes via an interval adjusting spacer 4 the plurality of the end edges of the transparent glass 1 and the transparent plastic plates 2 both being plate-shaped structures. A tightly closed space 5 is a space between the transparent glass plate 1 and the transparent plastic plate 2 and serves as a heat insulating layer. The transparent plastic plate 2 has a specific gravity of 1.0-1.4, and the transparent glass plate 1 2.2-3.7, whereby the door can be made light-weight.

SOLUTION: This operation controller comprises freezer oil 1, a compressor 2 charged with freezer oil 1, a control means 3 to decide the revolution of the compressor, an operation control means 4 to operate the compressor at the rotational speed decided by the control means 3, and a peephole 5 installed outside the compressor 2, and an operator directs the control means 3 to reduce the speed of the compressor when the foaming of the refrigerant begins at start of the compressor 2, thus he controls the sudden pressure drop within the casing of the compressor 2 so as to prevent the foaming of the refrigerant.
