    Abstract: A thermoelectric module (7) having exothermic and endothermic surfaces, which are heated and cooled, respectively, when an electric current is supplied thereto is built in a manifold body (17), and a cavity (10c, 10d, 20d) is defined therein for entry of a fluid medium in cooperation with at least one of the exothermic and endothermic surfaces, together with a hollow (10a, 10b, 20a, 20b) that extends from an outside to the cavity. A stirring member (5) having a stirring portion (15) integrated together with a rotor (16) within the manifold body (17) for stirring the fluid medium within the cavity is disposed within the manifold body, so that a motor can be formed by the rotor (16) and a stator (8). In this structure, the stirring member (5) is rotated by supplying an electric power to the stator (8), to allow the fluid medium to reach the vacity (10c, 10d) through the interior of the rotor (16).

    Abstract: A thermoelectric module (7) having a heat absorbing surface and a heat radiating surface designed so that the heat radiating surface is heated and the heat absorbing surface is cooled by having an electric current passed therethrough is built in a manifold main body (17), while fluid-receiving cavities (10c, 10d, 20d) are formed between it and at least either the heat absorbing surface or the heat radiating surface, and hollows (10a, 10b, 20a, 20b) extending from outside to the cavities (10c, 10d, 20d) are formed. Further, installed in the manifold main body (17) are a stirring member for stirring the fluid in the cavities that has a stirring portion (15) integrated with a rotor (16), and a stator (8) fitted on the manifold main body (17), the rotor (16) and stator (8) constituting a motor. In this arrangement, an electric current is passed through the stator (8) to rotate the stirring member (5) in the cavities, causing the fluid to pass through the rotor (16) to reach the cavities (10c, 10d).

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively eliminate large and small vortexes which are generated at the blade edges by the drifting of air flow passing through an impeller, and to suppress the deterioration of aerodynamic force performance and increase of noise caused by an eddy flow. SOLUTION: Two platy mouse rings 8 and 9 comparting a suction side and a discharge side at the outer periphery of the impeller, and an outer wall 10 surrounding the outer periphery of the mouse rings are provided, and a turning flow circulating space 11 having an opening 12 opposed to the blade of the impeller 7 is provided between the above mouse rings 8 and 9. Since the cross section area of the turning flow circulating space 11 is different over the whole circumference, when the air flow passing through the impeller is drifted, the large and small vortexes which are generated at the blade edges are effectively eliminated by large and small turning flow circulating spaces 11 acting as air circulation passages, and thus, the deterioration of aerodynamic force performance and the increase of noise caused by the eddy flow can be suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a revolving component in a radially spreading air flow passage air duct, to suppress development of a disturbance boundary layer in the vicinity of the wall surface of a guide simultaneously with deviation of it to a radial component, and to suppress the increase of fluid noise in the air flow passage air duct simultaneously with suppression of deterioration of hydrostatic pressure characteristics and hydrostatic pressure efficiency. SOLUTION: An air flow having a strong revolution component (a peripheral direction) from a blade 5 suppresses the revolution component of an air flow in the vicinity of the guide wall surfaces 7a and 8a by forming a plurality of radial ribs 10 and 11 on the guide wall surfaces 7a and 8a of an air flow passage air duct 9 and deviates it to a radial component. An air flow in the air flow passage air duct 9 is also attracted by its viscosity, the revolving component is suppressed and deviated to the radial component. A disturbance boundary layer in the vicinity of the wall surfaces 7a and 8a of first and second guides 7 and 8 suppresses development.
