Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive composition, and a percutaneous absorption-type preparation containing a rubber-based self-adhesive, having an excellent control ability of bleeding, and controlling an increase in crystal deposition of a medicament with time. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive composition used for the percutaneous absorption-type preparation includes: the medicament; a medicament solubilizer for improving the solubility of the medicament; the rubber-based self-adhesive; polyvinylpyrrolidone; and a higher fatty acid. The polyvinylpyrrolidone is contained in an amount effective for inhibiting volatilization of the medicament solubilizer. The higher fatty acid preferably contains isostearic acid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter which surely facilitates drawing of a patch from a package, and a patch with the supporter or the like. SOLUTION: A patch 10 has a supporter 20, a self-adhesive layer 30 located on the supporter 20, and a detachable liner 40 which covers the self-adhesive layer 30. The supporter 20 has a plurality of bulging parts 23 which are located on at least the peripheral parts 24 and bulges to the opposite side to the self-adhesive layer 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for external application and an adhesive skin patch capable of improving releasability, transdermal absorbability and stability of loxoprofen and a salt thereof and capable of reducing aggravation of irritation to skin.SOLUTION: An adhesive skin patch includes a support and an adhesive layer laminated on the support. The adhesive layer includes a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, a tackifier, a plasticizer, sodium loxoprofen, oxyacid and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. Preferably, the adhesive layer includes no crotamiton.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-containing patch superior in stability of an active ingredient having a predetermined cyclic ketone structure such as loxoprofen.SOLUTION: In a water-containing patch having a support and an adhesive layer positioned on the support, the adhesive layer includes: an active ingredient consisting of a compound having a predetermined cyclic ketone structure, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof; 2-mercaptobenzimidazole; and water. Preferably, the adhesive layer includes a sulfite.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for production of a crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive for skin, having satisfactory pressure-sensitive adhesion and releasability for human skin, low in irritation, suitable for medical and cosmetic uses, suitable for production, and having superior preservability. SOLUTION: The composition is formed with 100 pts.mass acrylic copolymer (copolymer A) comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main constituent, and 3-45 mass% diacetone acrylamide as an essential constituent, and containing no free carboxy group, and 0.1-30 pts.mass acrylic copolymer (copolymer B) comprising an alkyl (meth)acrylate as a main constituent and a primary amino group and/or carboxyhydrazide group on a side chain, and containing no free carboxy group. The copolymer B contains two or more primary amino groups and/or carboxyhydrazide groups in one molecular chain, and the primary amino groups and/or carbohydrazide groups in the copolymer B are contained at a ratio of one in 5-100 molecular chains of the (meth)acrylate comonomer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rivastigmine-containing adhesive skin patch which has excellent skin permeability of rivastigmine contained therein and has excellent adhesion performance. The present invention provides an adhesive skin patch comprising a support and an adhesive agent layer arranged on the support, wherein the adhesive agent layer contains at least rivastigmine and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a specific acrylic adhesive agent. The adhesive skin patch according to the present invention may be composed of only the support and the adhesive agent layer. The adhesive agent layer may have a single-layered structure.
