PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter which surely facilitates drawing of a patch from a package, and a patch with the supporter or the like.SOLUTION: A patch 10 has: a supporter 20; a self-adhesive layer 30 located on the supporter 20; and a detachable liner 40 which covers the self-adhesive layer 30. The supporter 20 has a plurality of bulging parts 23 which are located on at least the peripheral parts 24 and bulges to the opposite side to the self-adhesive layer 30. A vacancy 29 with a prescribed thickness T is present between the bulging parts 23 and the self-adhesive layer 30, the top parts of the bulging parts 23 have length not less than 0.2 mm and not more than 0.9 mm, and the interval of the bulging parts 23 is not more than 2.1 mm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermal patch in which the transdermal absorption of the ingredient lidocaine changes little with its water content. SOLUTION: The transdermal patch includes a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer situated on the support, wherein the pressure-sensitive layer contains lidocaine and/or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, a surfactant having an HLB value of 12 or lower, and water. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-containing patch excellent in stability of active ingredients including loxoprofen.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a water-containing patch which contains an active ingredient comprising loxoprofen, pharmacologically acceptable salt or solvate thereof, water, inorganic powder, and menthol. Preferably one or more selected from kaoline, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, and silicic acid anhydride is contained as the inorganic powder, and preferably silicic acid anhydride is contained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a hydrous adhesive patch for external use which contains a specific amount of an alkyl acrylate ester compound, and to provide an adhesive patch comprising the composition.SOLUTION: The composition for a hydrous adhesive patch for external use comprises an alkyl acrylate ester compound including alkyl acrylate ester as an essential copolymer component and including the other alkyl acrylate ester and/or (meth)acrylic acid as a copolymer component. The composition for a hydrous adhesive patch for external use comprises a water-dispersible surfactant of 0.01 to 10.0 mass% to the whole of the composition for a hydrous adhesive patch for external use.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption promotor stimulating percutaneous absorption of a drug and containing a highly safe higher fatty acid triglyceride with less irritation to the skin, and to provide a skin treatment pharmaceutical preparation and the percutaneous absorption type pharmaceutical preparation, containing the higher fatty acid glyceride. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption promotor contains a higher fatty acid triglyceride of 14C or more and can stimulate percutaneous absorption of a drug by application before use of a medicant drug. In addition, the skin treatment pharmaceutical preparation and the percutaneous absorption type pharmaceutical preparation are components constructing human sebum, thus are low irritant to the skin and excellent in safety. A medical tape preparation which comprises a support and, superposed on one side thereof in the following order, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release liner. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can contain a large amount of an oleophilic oily matter. The tape preparation is excellent in adhesion, cohesiveness, and stability even when no crosslinking agent is used. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the medical tape preparation comprises a blend of two tacky polymers, which are a tacky polymer (A) comprising a copolymer obtained from 2-acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate and other vinyl monomer(s) as constituent ingredients and a tacky polymer (B) comprising a copolymer which is obtained from a C 4-10 -alkyl (meth)acrylate and other vinyl monomer(s) as constituent ingredients and is different from the tacky polymer (A).

Disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition for external application, an a dhesive skin patch and others which are improved in a drug release property, transdermal absorbability and stability of a pharmacologically active ingre dient contained therein and can reduce the aggravation of irritation to the skin. Specifically disclosed is an adhesive skin patch comprising a support and an adhesive layer laminated on the support, wherein the adhesive layer c ontains a pharmaceutical composition for external application. The pharmaceu tical composition for external application comprises a pharmacologically act ive ingredient, an auxiliary component and a pyrrolidone compound, wherein o ne of the pharmacologically active ingredient and the auxiliary component ha s a carboxylate group in the molecule and the other has a hydroxy group in t he molecule. Preferably, the adhesive layer further comprises a hydrogenated oil.

It is an object of the invention to provide a crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive for skin that exhibits satisfactory adhesion and releasability for human skin and low irritation to skin, and a crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for skin that is suitable for medical and cosmetic use, as well as to provide a composition for production of a crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive for skin that has superior storage properties and is suitable for preparation of the crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive for skin. The crosslinkable pressure-sensitive adhesive for skin of the invention is formed by 100 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer (copolymer A) comprising a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester as the main constituent component and 3-45 wt% diacetoneacrylamide as an essential constituent component, and containing no free carboxyl groups, and 0.1-30 parts by weight of an acrylic copolymer (copolymer B) comprising a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester as the main constituent component and a primary amino group and/or carboxyhydrazide group on a side chain, and containing no free carboxyl groups. A composition of copolymer A and copolymer B dissolved in a solvent containing at least 5.0 wt% acetone and/or butanone with respect to the total amount of solvent can be stored for prolonged periods.
