Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a durable bladder having the resistance to permeation of gases by a structure wherein a metal foil having a specified shape is imbedded within a rubber bladder main body. CONSTITUTION:A first bladder semi-molded form is produced by compression- molding stock rubber 4. Next, a second bladder semi-molded form is produced by compression-molding another stock rubber 4 under the state that a metal foil 2 having slits 2a running radially from its center is placed onto said another stock rubber 4. Finally, a bladder 1 is obtained by compressing the first bladder semi-molded form 5 put on the metal foil 2 of the second bladder semi-molded form 6 as a whole. The permeation of gases and deformation of the obtained bladder 1 is surely prevented from occurring and the durability of the bladder 1 is improved remarkably.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a sealing member from gas leakage resulting from gas permeation and enhance the sealing performance by forming a gas shield layer inside a ring-shaped elastomer to be interposed between two opposing members, and embedding or pinching this gas shield layer in such a condition as across the gas leaking direction. CONSTITUTION: A piston type accumulator is structured so that a sealing member 10 is compressedly interposed between the bottom of a groove 4a formed at the periphery of a piston 4 and the inside surface of a cylindrical shell 1. Thus sealing is generated for a gas chamber 2 in which gas G is encapsulated. The sealing member 10 is accomplished by embedding a gas shield layer 12 formed in a flexible film continuing in the circumferential direction from a metal foil or synthetic resin to shut off the gas permeating inside a ring-shaped elastomer 11 having a circular section across the axis 0 in the non-mounted condition. The synthetic resin film constituting the gas shield layer 12 is formed from polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene vinyl alcohol, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion caused by oscillation, deformation, and contact of the foremost end part of bellows member by arranging at least one guide member in a gas chamber, and engaging an engaging means arranged at the foremost end part of the bellows member with the guide member so as to use it as a guide for the bellows member. CONSTITUTION:Guide members 16 are erected on both sides of an end face member 11B at the side of a gas chamber 12A of a compressor 11, and a through hole 15a of the guide member 16 is formed on a cap 15 which seals one end of a bellows member 14 of which the other end is fixed to the end face member 11B so as to use it as guides for the bellows member 14. Accordingly, oscillation at the top end of the bellows member 14 is prevented, and contact with the inner wall of the compressor 11 is prevented so as to suppress deformation which generates at a local part.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of peeling off of an adhering part of an elastic material layer and an accident of the falling down of its peripheral edge by providing a holding member in an arrangedly provided groove formed on an outer periphery of the peripheral edge of the elastic material layer to hold the elastic material layer against a shell inner periphery even in the case of its corresponding to change in hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator bladder 10 has a holding member 14 provided on an outer peripheral of the peripheral edge of the elastic material layer 11. The elastic material layer 11 is attached to a shell 21 through a fixing member 22, and when the layer 11 moves in the direction shown by an arrow A or B according to a difference between gas pressure in a gas chamber 21A and hydraulic pressure in a liquid chamber 21B, the fixing member 22 can prevent the outer periphery of the peripheral edge of the layer 11 from moving from its fixed position. The occurrence of peeling off of an adhering part can therefore by prevented between the layer 11 and a gas shielding layer 12 or inside a gas shielding layer 12, and moreover the falling down of the outer periphery of the peripheral edge of the layer 11 from its fixed position can be prevented by the fixing member 22.
