    Abstract: A cold-resistant, gas-impermeable, laminated, 2-dimensional body (I) is claimed, contg. a PV-alcohol resin layer (PVAL layer A) contg. 15-50 wt.% polyol plasticiser (II), with a rubber layer (B) laminated on at least one side. Pref. a vapour- and plasticiser-impermeable resin layer (C) is laminated between (A) and (B) and, pref., a metal coating (D) is laminated onto the side of (C) which faces towards (A); (A) consists of partly or completely hydrolysed PVAC or hydrolysed EVA copolymer; (II) is glycerol, ethylene glycol or propylene glycol, and (I) contains 20-40 wt.% (II); (B) consists of nitrile, butyl, chloroprene, or styrene rubber; layer thicknesses are 50-20000 (pref. 300-1500) microns (A), 0.2-2 mm (B) and 5-50 microns (C); (C) consists of PE, PP, PVF, PVDF, TFE/HFP copolymer, or unplasticised, hydrolysed EVA copolymer, pref. a fluoro-resin or PVAL; (D) is a layer of Al; rubber and resin layers are laminated by vulcanising, using an adhesive formulation (III) which is vulcanisable with rubber; (C) is laminated after corona discharge treatment on both sides; (A) is bonded with an isocyanate adhesive.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevents occurrence of infiltration of sealed gas, leakage thereof, and buckling deformation of bellows by dividing a space inside a pressure vessel into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber by means of the bellows, forming the bellows of a gas interruption layer and elastic soft layers, and forming the elastic soft layer which has elasticity not more than a specified value on the side of the gas chamber. CONSTITUTION:Resin bellows 3 are extendably arranged inside an accumulator chamber 6 surrounded by a shell 1 and an end plate 2. Space is divided into a liquid chamber 4 formed inside the bellows 3 and a gas chamber 5 surrounded by the bellows 3 and the shell 1. In the bellows 3, a gas interruption layer 7 made of material having excellent gas interruption performance is sandwiched by elastic soft layers 8 made of material having low elastic ratio and high elastic deformation limit. The gas interruption layer 7 prevents gas sealed in the gas chamber 5 from passing the bellows 3 for infiltration to the liquid chamber 4. The elastic soft layer 8 has the elastic ratio not more than 300kgf/ mm under a temperature environment to be used. The layer 8 softens shearing stress to be applied to the gas interruption layer 7 having less softness, and prevents the bellows 3 from buckling and deforming.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the low-temp. characteristics by laminating a fluororesin film on at least single side of a PVA-based resin with a polyol-based plasticizer added thereto. CONSTITUTION:A PVA-based laminate film is constituted by laminating a fluororesin film on at least single side of a PVA-based resin film with a polyol- based plasticizer added thereto. As the PVA-based resin film, the film is utilized which is made of the completely saponified material or the partially saponified material of polyvinyl acetate and the saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. Polyol such as glycerin, ethylen glycoland propylene glycol is added to the film at about 1 - 20wt.%. As the fluororesin film to be laminated, the film made of vinyl fluoride-based resin and vinylidene fluoride-based resin is utilized. These films are utilized at thickness of about 5 - 100mum and about 15 - 50mum as a protective layer. The PVA-based laminated film inhibits evaporation of the plasticizer due to heating experience and the low-temp. characteristics, especially elongation and modulus, etc., are remarkably enhanced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility and to thin wall thickness of an outside covered wire by providing the outside covered layer of a rubber-like elastic body on the surface of a core material and a clad material consisting of a rubber-like elastic body. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a clad material of a core material and the clad material consisting of a rubber-like elastic body, an outside covered layer consisting of the rubber-like elastic body, and a fibrillation high polymer porous body or their complex is provided. As for the rubber-like elastic body used as the core material, an arbitrary polymer whose transparency is excellent and whose refractive index is higher than that of the clad material can be used. The rubber-like elastic body of the clad material is brought to heat cross- linking or light cross-linking by an action of a vulcanizing agent which has been mixed therein in accordance with necessity. Subsequently, the outside covered layer consisting of a fibrillation high polymer porous body or their complex is provided thereon. In such a way, wall thickness of the outside covered layer is thinned, and the flexibility can be improved.
