    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of dust to a tape, by covering the back of the tape surrounded along the opening of a cassette with an inner cover freely opened and closed, in a recorder and reproducer such as a video tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:At the initial state of a cover opening, a pair of guided pins 49 are moved to the rear upper direction by being guided with a pair of tilt parts 25. Thus, the inner cover 34 turns counter clockwise by taking a support pin 35 as a center and the lower end 39 is rapidly moved to the back side of the tape 6. Then, the lower end of a front cover 14 and a lower end 39 of the inner cover 34 are opened largely, and then even if the tape 6 is slacked more or less, damages to the tape 6 by bringing into contact with the front cover 14 and the inner cover 34 to the tape does not take place at all. At the end of the cover opening, the pair of pins are moved upward by being guided with a pair of bent parts 27. The lower end 39 of the inner cover 34 is moved upper back and comes to the outside of an upper notch 13.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To join a base plate and a yoke plate simply and compensate by a through hole the reductions in magnetic resistance resulting from a protruded part caused by a half-tone stamping-out work, by joining a base plate and a yoke plate of a flat type brushless motor by a manual stamping-out work and forming a through hole adjacent to the connected part. CONSTITUTION:On joining a base plate 6 and a yoke plate 7, the base plate 6 and the yoke plate 7 are first stacked as is shown in the illustration A. Then, by stamping-out using a punch 11 from the side of the base plate 6 the yoke plate 7 is stamped out as is shown in the illustration B. Then, by pressing the top of a protruded part 6b using a backing table 12 and a punch 13 as is shown in the illustration C, the base plate 6 and the yoke plate 7 are fixed to each other and joined as is shown in the illustration D. The reduced portions of the magnetic resistance caused respectively by the raised parts 6c1-6c4 taking place by the said joining are compensated by the increased portions of the magnetic resistance caused by through holes 131-134 with identical (6c1 for 134, 6c2 for 133, 6c3 for 132 and 6c4 for 131) magnetic pole arrangement to the respective raised part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To turn a reel in the direction for winding a tape, and to eliminate loosening of the tape, by providing 2 pawl bodies engaged with the ratchet part of a tape reel, and shifting the timing of its engagement of 2 pawl bodies. CONSTITUTION:In the center part of the rear side of a tape cassette, the first pawl body 88 is pivotally supported by a supporting pin 93 to be freely turnable, the second pawl body 90 is provided to be slidable along a guide plate part 94, and when locking, it is engaged with a ratchet part of a reel. In case of a reproducing made, by a lock release pin interlocked with an operation button, the pawl body 90 moves downward in the figure, and by being pressed by it, the pawl body 88 turns to the inside, and lock is released. In case of a stop mode, the pawl body 90 is engaged at first, the reel is slightly turned in the direction as indicated with arrows (m), (n) in the figure, is loosened, and after that, the pawl body 88 is engaged with the torsion spring 91 and is locked. Therefore, loosening of a tape can be eliminated by providing 2 pawl bodies.
