Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely shield a laser light source and to improve the efficiency of assembling work by mounting the laser light source, a penetration capacitor for supplying a drive signal and a wiring board in an optical base opening only two faces from the same direction integrally and thereafter closing the opening faces by a two faces shield plate. CONSTITUTION:After a laser diode 2 and the penetration capacitor 10 for supplying the drive signal are mounted to the wiring board 36, the diode 2 and the capacitor 10 are written and held respectively on a recessed part 24 and the opening 32 provided on the upright wall surface of the optical base 22 formed integrally in a rectangular shape by four wall surfaces and whose two faces are opened. Then, the shield plate 26 with an L shape wall surface opposing to the opening of the base 22 is engaged with the closing surfaces of the base 22 by engaging pieces 26A, 26B. Thus, the assembling work is simplified and the efficiency of the work is improved and the base 22 is shielded surely and undesired radiation is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the mass of the movable part of an optical pickup device and to speed up the movement of the optical pickup device in a radius direction of a magneto-optical disk by performing the movement operation in the radial direction of the magneto-optical disk in synchronism with the optical pickup device which is moved in the radius direction of the magneto-optical disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic field producing means 10 which is supported movably in the radius direction of the magneto-optical disk 3 is set opposite the magneto-optical disk 3 by following-up means 27 and 28 and moved in the radius direction of the magneto-optical disk 3 in synchronism with the optical pickup device 4 which is moved in the radius direction of the magneto-optical disk 3. Therefore, this magnetic field producing means 10 never becomes a load on the movement of an optical pickup 4. Consequently, the movable part of the optical pickup device is reduced in mass and fast seeking becomes possible.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve resolution and to make a device compact by irradiating a photosensitive layer on the outer periphery with light from a light source from inside a drum and forming an electrophotographic image. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer 11 is formed on the outer periphery of the drum 10 made of transparent glass through a transparent electrode 12. A laser diode 19 and a condenser lens 20 are arranged in a case 18 on a carriage 15 inside the drum 10. The carriage 15 is moved by a feed screw 16, and simultaneously a motor 22 rotates to irradiate the layer 11 with a laser beam 25 through a prism mirror 21. The laser beam 25 passes through the drum 10 and the electrode 12, and focuses on the photosensitive layer 11. As a result, the optical path length of the laser beam 25 becomes constant to narrow down a spot to a smaller size. In addition, the linear velocity of the laser beam 25 can be made constant without using an F-theta lens. Consequently, the resolution is improved, and the device is made compact.

At least one set of engaging parts is elastically engaged among the engaging parts of the reinforcing plate 11g and the slide base 12 engaged with each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To set an accurate position of a magnetic head device by providing a stopper which touches a chassis board and positions the magnetic head device with a prescribed gap secured to the signal recording surface of an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head lifting frame member 23 is provide with a stopper mechanism 84. A stopper pin 87 supported by the member 23 contains integrally a screw axis 88 screwed into a screw hole 85, an axis part 89 screwed into an axis hole 86, and a contact seat part 90 provided at the part 89. When a tool inserting groove 91 is turned by a tool, the axis 88 is moved in the hole 85 and adjusts the move-in/out of the part 90 to the lower surface of the member 23. Thus it is possible to hold a magnetic head 20 at a position distant from the signal recording surface of an optical disk by a prescribed gap in a recording/reproducing state of the optical disk.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate nonconformity of earth in the peripheral direction of a conductive layer by mounting a conductive sleeve on the edge part of a drum, and joining and fixing the conductive layer and the sleeve with conductive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam printer is provided with the cylindrical drum 10, which is formed of transparent glass of synthetic resin, and a photosensitive layer 11 is formed on the outside surface of the drum 10. A transparent electrode film 12 is formed between the photosensitive layer 11 and the outside surface of the drum 10, and is exposed to the edge part of the outside surface of the drum 10. The conductive sleeve 37 is attached on the part where the film 12 is exposed, and both of them are joined by the conductive adhesive 38. The sleeve 37 is earthed by a roller 39 which supports the sleeve 37. Thus, nonconformity of earth in the peripheral direction of the layer 12 is eliminated.
