    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain smooth operation, by reducing the maximum value of a load applied to a driving mechanism, in loading or loading a tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:As a cassette carrier is elevated by a drive mechanism via drive arms 13, 13' and pins 7, 7', a point in contact with the pins 7, 7' of arc-shaped oblong holes 14, 14', i.e., an angle theta between a vertical line X drawn to the operating line and a moving direction (y) of the pins 7, 7' is decreased less than the case that the oblong hole of the drive arm is a straight line. The increase/ decrease in the load depends on the angle theta between the straight line X drawn to the operating point P and a moving direction (y) of the guide pin 7. Thus, the operation such as loading is made smooth.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the lead wires necessary for the wiring as well as to facilitate the wiring work by providing a pair of conducting patterns to the damper ring in the circular arc form. CONSTITUTION:A pair of conducting patterns 18 and 19 for wiring use are provided on upper surface 15a of damper ring 15 formed by the insulating material in the circular arc form through, for example, the etching process of the print substrate and other methods. Patterns 18 and 19 are formed in the circular forms of above 270 deg. and 190 deg. respectively. Paired lead-out terminals 18a and 18b plus 19a and 19b of patterns 18 and 19 are led to projection parts 20a and 20b each which are formed in a body at part of ring 15's outer circumference with the phase of about 90 deg.. As a result, the wiring is facilitated very much, decreasing greatly the number of the lead wires necessary for the wiring.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance both the attachment working efficiency and the safety by providing the attachment frames for both the diaphragm and th damper in separation and then combining these frames into a body with screws. CONSTITUTION:Frame 1 is divided into two parts: diaphragm attachment frame 2 and damper attachment frame 3. Frame 2 features a square form with square opening 4 provided inside, and frame 3 features a circular form with opening 5 provided inside each. Concavity 6 is provided at four areas on the back side of frame 2, and support part 7 is provided at four areas on the front side of frame 3 respectively. And concavity 6 is engaged with part 7 each. Then both frames 2 and 3 are screwed into one body via screw 10 which is put in through each screw insertion hole 8 and fixed within each screw hole 9. In such constitution, the unexpected distortion can be avoided to the damper, enhancing greatly the attachment working efficiency.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the bonding tool as well as to enhance the working efficiency with no extension process required for the edge component for carrying out the bonding job between the plane diaphragm and the edge component in an assured and highly efficient way. CONSTITUTION:Bonding agent 15 is applied to at least either one of circumference end face 14 formed with an inclination to the thickness direction of plane diaphragm 11 and inner circumference face 16a of bonding part 16A of edge component 16. Then part 16A is fitted to concave part 17 of basement 18, and then diaphragm 11 is dropped from above face 16a to secure a touch between face 16a and face 14. Then diaphragm 11 is pressed toward basement 18 via pressing component 19 in order to secure adhesion between diaphragm 11 and component 16. In such way, the structure of the bonding tool can be simplified with enhancement of the working efficiency.
