Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to form easily and accurately even the diaphragm of a complicated form, by forming the diaphragm by electroforming. CONSTITUTION:The first electrode 13 where the surface form is the form of cap 6 of a part of diaphragm 5 and the second electrode 14 which is the metal itself to be plated such as copper, nickel and aluminum are inserted into plating liquid, and plating is performed. After plating completion, the plating layer is exfoliated from electrode 13 to form a diaphragm, namely, cap 6. Thus, even the diaphragm of a complicated form can be formed easily and accurately by using electroforming. Besides cap 6, a balance drive diaphragm and a diaphragm for horn type loudspeaker can be formed also by the similar method.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution, to ensure cassette loading operation and to improve the reliability for a cassette loading mechanism, by moving a cassette holder by opening/closing a front door to operate a double speed mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A cassette is put into a cassette holder 7, and a front door 14 is turned counterclockwise while stretching a spring 16. Thus a rotary arm 11 is also turned by a driving pin 15 loose fitted into a slit 13, and a cassette holder 7 is guided by pins 9 and 10 loose fitted into guide holes 3 and 4 of a chassis 1 and shifted to the left by a pin 8. Then the pin 8 is put into a guide hole 2. In this case, the holder 7 is accelerated double and moved faster than the door 14. Furthermore the holder 7 goes down along the holes 3 and 4 after moving to the left. A hook member 5 is turned clockwise by a pin 10 while stretching a spring 6. When the pin 10 passes through a hook part, the pin 10 is locked to hold the holder 7 at the cassette loading position. At the same time, the door 14 is closed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a tape floating mechanism, by setting plural number of positions of loading ring at tape loading state to eliminate the need for the plunger for pinch roll pressing. CONSTITUTION:The turning stop position of a loading ring 22 at the tape loading state is set to plural position such as two, a pinch roll 10 does not contact a capstan 2 at the 1st position and the fast feed and rewinding are attained in excellent way. In turning the ring 22 to the 2nd position, a lever 9 is rocked via a pinch roll pressing plate 40, and the roll 10 is pressed into the capstan 2 for attaining recording and reproduction. Thus, the electromagnetic plunger for pinch roll pressing is not required and the constitution of the tape loading mechanism is simplified.
