Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively use facsimile recording paper in facsimile communication by forming said recording paper so that a part of a region becomes a transferrable label. CONSTITUTION:Communication data 4 and transmission source related data 3 are recorded on a received manuscript and, as the transmission source related data 3, a transmission source fascimile number bar code 31 and a transmission source name 32 are recorded. A self-adhesive 21 is applied to the rear of a label 2. When the received manuscript is again transmitted, the transmission source related data 3 can be easily eliminated by peeling off the label 2 and facsimile transmission is carried out. Further, in such a case that the transmission source related data is required together with communication data as communication recording when the received manuscript is filed after transmission, the label 2 can be again bonded to the received manuscript. If necessary, the label 2 can be bonded to a separate body such as the card support of a name card or a booklet body such as a facsimile number directory and effectively put to practical use as a data base.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the failure in folding of the continuous paper by contacting a point part of a swing guide feed-out part with a continuous paper surface when a swing guide is positioned at a left or right maximum swing position. SOLUTION: A swing guide 1 starts its swinging to right after it reaches a maximum swing position. It is important to keep the application of the optimum tension to the continuous paper 40 by the time when the swing guide 1 passes through a neutral position, and further reaches the maximum swing position at right. That is, a point of the continuous paper 40 is gripped by a claw belt, a paper tray 11 and a positioning stopper, and a state that the continuous paper 40 is contacted with a point 30a of a swing guide point member, is realized at least near the maximum swing position. Whereby the force is efficiently acted on the perforation when the perforation passes through the point 30a of the swing guide point member, the folded line is restored, and a mountain-like fold part is formed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve developing speed, to prevent background fogging from being generated and to suppress toner grains attached on a background part to be transferred on a recording medium by adding compressive stress to a recording layer at a developing time and adding tensile stress to the recording layer at a transfer time. CONSTITUTION:Two rolls 3c and 3d are made to come into press-contact with a developing roll 3b and a recording body 1 is bent along the surface of the roll 3b by the rolls 3c and 3d. By this bend, the recording layer of the recording body 1 receives the compressive stress in the vertical direction to the thickness direction thereof. Continuously, a toner image 9 on the recording layer is transferred on a recording paper carried between a transfer roll 4a and the recording body 1. At this time, the recording body 1 is bent in the reverse direction to the developing time by a roll 8. By this bend, the recording layer of the recording body 1 receives the tensile stress in the vertical direction to the thickness direction thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To print a bar code symbol with high contrast and reading rate by substantially matching the ink printing direction on the recording carrier with the height direction of the bar code symbol to be printed. CONSTITUTION:The ink printing direction on the recording medium and the direction of a height 8 of the bar code symbol to be printed and substantially matched. In this case, the height 8 of the bar code symbol is defined for a height 7 of the bar code symbol. Namely, when the printing position of a drop of ink to be ejected from a certain nozzle constituting an ink head at a certain moment on the recording body is taken as a point A and the printing position of a drop of ink to be ejected from the same nozzle at the next moment leaving the absolute minimum time interval is taken as a point B, the printing direction in the recording carrier means the direction connecting the point A and B. Thus, the edge section of the bar is formed by effectively using the direct visuality in the horizontal direction being the feature of the printer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily confirm a recorded telephone number by expressing one kind of character or over except a numeral to a part with characters described in parallel therewith except start and stop characters and block-processing and representing a consecutive numeral string to the part. CONSTITUTION:Caption 1 indicates a bar code symbol and caption 2 is a character parallel description part, and the CODE 39 able to indicate alphabetical capitals, and special symbols such as $, /, %, +,-,.,..., * in addition to numerals is employed to process and indicate a telephone number 03-123-4567 as shown in figure. The marks * indicated at the start and the last of the character string are defined as the start character and the stop character in the CODE 39. The parts described with characters in parallel are blocked into a toll station number, a station number and a subscriber number by using '-' symbols as delimiters and the confirmation of the telephone number is much facilitated in comparison with a format in which only numerals are described in succession.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce rotary operative forces and abrasion of a contact portion by connecting two pairs of electric cords of more than two cores in one-to-one relation via the same number of rolling bearings as the cores, the rolling bearing each being insulated. CONSTITUTION:A two-core electric cord 3 is guided to one end side of a housing 1 formed of an insulator and each core of the cord 3 is electrically joined to the outer rings 5, 8 of rolling bearings each insulated and fixed in each of the recessed portions of AA' and BB' portions. The outer rings 5, 8 are. electrically connected to respective inner rings 7, 10 via rolling elements 6, 9 and are freely rotatable. An electric cord 4 is guided to one end side of a cord holder 2 which is an insulator, and each core of the cord 4 is connected to a pin-shaped terminal 11 and a ring-shaped terminal 12, both disposed concentrically and coaxialy with each other on the other end side of the holder 2. The holder 2 is inserted into the recessed portion if the housing 1 and is joined to the inner rings 7, 10 of the bearing. Therefore, the cords 3, 4 are freely rotatable relative to each other and rotary operative forces and abrasion of the contact portion are reduced to a large extent whereby the life of the electrical coupling is extended.
