Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a sensory amount recognized visually into a numerical value to allow evaluation, and to enhance consistency with visual observation. SOLUTION: In this evaluation method, the evaluation is performed using a value (Japanese lacquer blackness) combined with at least two of a value (bright hyper-chromic value) by an intercoodinate distance between coordinates of an evaluated object and a reference point assigned preliminarily, and a value (surface hyper-chromic value) provided by measuring directly a surface shape of the evaluated object, and by arithmetic-processing a numerical value caused by unevenness or waviness on a surface of the evaluated object provided by the measurement, in a color display system comprising a three-dimensional color space.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment and a method for treating dye waste liquid for making performing a dye test performable in a ordinary office, etc., where equipment for treating dye wastewater is not provided. SOLUTION: The dye waste liquid waste liquid treatment equipment is provided with at least a waste liquid tank, an ultrafiltration membrane or/and a reverse osmosis module, and concentrated waste liquid from the ultrafiltration membrane or/and the reverse osmosis module can be returned to the waste liquid tank, and a dyeing device in which the dye waste liquid treatment equipment is incorporated is used. In addition, the dye waste liquid is concentrated by the dye waste liquid treatment equipment not less than three times and the obtained concentrated waste liquid is absorbed with a highly water- absorbable resin, thereby, the concentrated waste liquid is treated without being discharged to a drainage.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber having good feeling, and enabling shortening of process time and improving of unevenness of processing in an alkali reduction process of the polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber. SOLUTION: This method manufactures polyester based fabric containing cellulose based fiber by carrying out a characteristic alkali reduction comprising imparting a processing liquid containing 16-40 wt.% of sodium hydroxide to the fabric and then carrying out a microwave heating in a steam atmosphere.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyester-based fabric, by which the polyester-based fabric can be alkali-reduced with an alkali-reducing agent having a reduced concentration in a shortened alkali-reducing time with improved processing irregularity without an alkali reduction-accelerating agent and can also stably be alkali-reduced by a dry heat treatment. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyester-based fabric, characterized by imparting a processing liquid containing a glycol-based compound in a concentration of >=20 wt.% to a polyester-based fabric in an amount of 50 to 150 wt.% and then heating the fabric with microwaves to reduce the fabric.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain an ink for ink jet, containing a dye or a pigment dispersed with a nonionic surfactant and specific particles and capable of broadening the restriction such as the use of a specific dispersing agent to a wider range and hardly bleeding the ink on a medium to be recorded. CONSTITUTION: This ink for ink jet contains (B) a dye or a pigment dispersed with (A) a nonionic surfactant and (C) particles capable of assuming cationic surfaces. In the component (C), the average particle diameter is preferably 0.005-0.5μm and the concentration is preferably 1-4wt.%. The component (C) mainly comprises a silicon oxide. In the component (B), the average particle diameter is preferably 0.1-3μm and the concentration is preferably 0.05-15wt.%. In the component (A), e.g. a compound of the formula [R is H, a 1-30C alkyl or an aliphatic group; (1) and (n) are each 3-150; (m) is, 0-20] is preferably used.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable stable printing not causing a change in the density of a printed color with the elapse of time or streak irregularity in ink jet recording. CONSTITUTION:In an ink jet recording method and apparatus circulating and reusig the ink recovered in a gutter 5 from ink droplets not subjected to printing among the ink droplets emitted from nozzles. The ink supply tank 10a supplying ink to the nozzles and the ink recovery tank 10b recovering the ink from the gutter 5 are independently provided and, after the ink of the ink supply tank 10a is consumed in printing, the ink recovery tank 10b is used as the ink supply tank 10a.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the printing quality by eliminating printing distortion caused by the unevenness of a printing surface in the printing using an ink jet printing apparatus having a nozzle unit emitting an ink liquid droplet, a charge electrode charging the ink liquid droplet and a deflection electrode deflecting the flying direction of the ink liquid droplet corresponding to the charge level of the ink liquid droplet. CONSTITUTION:In a correction circuit 26, the printing data from a printing pattern generating circuit 10 is corrected corresponding to the distance data between a nozzle and an object to be printed from a laser displacement meter 40 and the charge voltage corresponding to the corrected printing data is applied to a charge electrode 8 from a charge circuit 9 to variably control the charge level of an ink liquid droplet A, in its turn, the flying direction of the ink liquid droplet A corresponding to the unevenness of printing paper B.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent spoilage by setting one or more kind of a compound selected from fatty acid and alkali metal salts thereof and one or more kind of compound selected from cyclic ethers to constitutional materials as a preservative. CONSTITUTION:As a preservative of disperse type dye or pigment ink, one or more kind of a compound selected from fatty acid and alkali metal salts thereof and one or more kind of a compound selected from cyclic ethers are set to constitutional materials. As the preservative, it is an essential condition that two kinds of a compound selected ferom fatty acid and alkali metal salts thereof and a compound selected from cyclic ethers are used together. Fatty acid and alkali metal salts thereof means saturated fatty acid, unsaturated fatty acid, aromatic fatty acid, oxyacid and monovalent metal salts thereof and cyclic ethers mean a furan ring, pyrane ring and dioxane ring derivatives. By this method, stable emission and long-term recirculation emission of ink become possible.
