Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet at a low cost, in which unevenness of thickness is little at a time of start and both loss of a raw material and time at the time of start are drastically reduced and goodness in the shape of a raw fabric can be expected and precision of unevenness of thickness is good. In the rear parts of the lip A and the lip B, fixing members giving fixing power almost uniformly in the width direction are equipped. A gap part of a nearly uniform interval in the width direction is formed between the tip parts of the lip A and the lip B. A manifold extended in the width direction is formed between the middle parts of the lip A and the lip B. Such a heating means is equipped that the mouthpiece is heated so that the magnitude of unevenness of temperature in the width direction becomes less than 1% for an absolute value of difference of both the temperature of a molten material made to the sheet and room temperature.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding die and a sheet production equipment, which can manufacture a resin sheet having a high uniformity without depending upon the adjustment of a gap between lips during production. SOLUTION: The production equipment of a sheet has a die hopper part 2 consisting of the influx passage of a molten resin and a manifold 3 for expanding the molten resin to the width direction of extrusion and a pair of lip parts 6, which control the thickness of the molten resin expanded at the die hopper part 2 so as to form a sheet. The opposing surfaces contacting with the molten resin of the lip parts has a tapered part 5 and a land part 5. At the same time, the extrusion molding die, in which the length of the land part 5 changes so as to become a maximum at the middle part in the width direction of extrusion of the molten resin and minima between the middle part and the end parts is provided in the production equipment of the sheet.
