Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade gas barrier properties and moistureproofness by forming a vapor deposited layer having a specific thickness on a surface of a specific shape at least on one surface. SOLUTION: A vapor deposited layer having a thickness of 500 to 15000nm is provided on a surface satisfying 0.1nm ) at least on one surface. The deposited layer uses metal or metal oxide, and the metal is preferably aluminum in view of food hygien, cost and stability of a vapor deposited film. And, the oxide is preferably aluminum oxide film in view of cost, production facility and coloring. The vapor deposited surface side surface of the biaxially oriented polyester film preferable has wetting tension of 45mN/m or more, and wetting tension of a non vapor deposited surface is preferably 45mN/m or more. To form the metal vapor deposited film, a vacuum vapor deposited method, sputtering method, ion plating method or chemical vapor deposition method is used.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate molding film to a metal with excellent heat fusion bonding processability and moldability. SOLUTION: The laminate molding film is formed of polyester resin and has a relation of 110-100×IV-W to 60×10 cm/cm/ deg.C, and a difference of thermal expansion coefficients of lengthwise and width directions of 10×10 cm/cm/ deg.C or less.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a biaxially oriented polyester film excellent in both of easy slidable properties and releasability and reduced in strike through by a method wherein a coating solution containing a water-soluble or water- dispersible acrylic/silicone graft polymer is applied to a polyester film before the completion of orientation and crystallization and the coating polyester film is stretched and heat-treated to be subjected to orientation and crystallization. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble or water-dispersible acrylic/silicone graft polymer is applied to a polyester film before the completion of orientation and crystallization by a coating method using a rod coaster, a gravure coater, various roll coaters or knife coater. After the coating solution is applied to the film, the coating film is stretched and heat-treated to be subjected to orientation and crystallization. By this process, the coating layer pref. receives heat treatment at 180 deg.C or higher, pref. at 200 deg.C for 1 - 10 sec in usual. By this high temp. heat history, the film is oriented and crystallized and the coating layer is largely improved in easy sliding properties, releasability, abrasion resistance or strike through properties.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance hot stick preventive properties and wear resistance and prevent offsetting by incorporating lubricant-containing microcapsules into a resin layer of the title film comprising a plastic film and the resin film provided on one side thereof. CONSTITUTION:Lubricant-containing microcapsules are incorporated in a resin layer of the title film comprising a plastic film and the resin layer provided on one side thereof. The plastic film may be a film of a plastic, e.g., a polyester or a polyamide. As the polyester film, a polyethylene terephthalate film is preferred. The lubricant may be a paraffin, a wax, an anionic surface active agent (e.g., an organopolysiloxane), a fluorine-containing surface active agent, an organic carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, a higher aliphatic alcohol or the like. The microcapsules can be selected appropriately from microcapsules obtained by a coacervation method, an interfacial polymerization method, an in-situ method or the like. The resin layer, namely, the layer comprising the lubricant-containing microcapsules and a resin can be provided by composite extrusion, coating or the like. The resin layer may be provided on the plastic film, either after or before biaxial stretching.
