Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a titled spring that has large connecting strength between a substrate and fitting portions and high mechanical strength as a flat spring and is particularly suitable for a truck and a passenger car. CONSTITUTION:This flat spring in fiber reinforcing resin is provided with a lamimar substrate 4 in carbon fiber reinforcing epoxy resin, which has the desired curvature, and fitting portions 5, 6 in said epoxy resin, which both surfaces are attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 4. Connecting portions each consisting of wave forms, which mutually connnect as shown in the figure, are mounted to each connecting surface between the substrate 4 and the fitting portions 5, 6. Consequently, this device increases connecting area as compared to flat connecting surfaces as conventional flat springs while the connecting portions take partial charge of and are subject to shearing stress working to the connecting surfaces, thus remarkably improving connecting strength between the substrate and the fitting portions, then heightening mechanical strength as the flat spring.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a fiber reinforced resin leaf spring with a base material protected from a shock externally given, by means of providing a buffer material of silicone rubber on surfaces of the base material of plate-shape made of fiber reinforced resin. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforced resin spring 1 comprises a base material 2 of plate-shape made of fiber reinforced epoxy resin and plate-shape silicone rubbers 3, 4 of buffer material, cemented to both surfaces respectively of said base material 2 of plate-shape. The base material 2 is of multi-layer construction in a direction of its thickness. A mounting part 5, 6 at both ends of the base material 2 consists of a ring material 14, 15 of fiber reinforced epoxy resin and a metal bush 12, 13. Accordingly, the base material 2 can be protected by the slicone rubbers 3, 4 from a shock externally given.
Abstract:
The specification discloses a thermal stencil paper for mimeograph, having a uniform shape of pores and well-balanced retainability and permeability of printing ink. Thermal stencil paper for mimeograph formed by laminating a porous support member comprising polyester fibers on one surface of a polyester film, characterized in that the porous support member forms a reticulate body having a fusing point at which the fibers are fused to one another, a film which straddles the fibers, and which has a thickness smaller than an average fiber diameter, being formed at some of the fusing points in the reticulate body. Since such thermal stencil paper for mimeograph is provided, the printed matter obtained by a mimeograph using this stencil paper has a high quality of image, and set-off does not occur. Such printed matter is highly convenient to transport.
