Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain processed coated cloth of polyester yarn free from dye migration by applying a resin processing agent containing a specific light initiator to polyester yarn cloth dyed with disperse dye and then irradiating the cloth with ultraviolet light. CONSTITUTION:In subjecting polyester yarn cloth dyed with disperse dye to well-known resin processing, a coating resin obtained by blending a resin processing agent with 0.05-30wt.% based on the amount of the resin coated of a light initiator such as one or a mixture selected from acetophenone-based, benzophenone-based, benzoin-based and thioxanthane compounds is used as a resin processing agent to give processed coated cloth of polyester yarn having excellent prevention of disperse dye migration. This method shows excellent effects on polyurethane-based resin, polyacrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride-based resin especially having strong dye migration.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth having excellent water repellency and adhesiveness of coating film by subjecting cloth to water-repellent treatment, removing a water repellent existing on the surface later part of the cloth and coating the cloth. CONSTITUTION:Cloth such as sheetlike woven fabric or knitted fabric comprising yarn such as polyester, wool, cotton or acetate is subjected to water-repellent treatment (preferably fluorine-based water repellent), the water repellent existing on one side or both sides of the surface layer part is removed preferably by sand blasting processing and the cloth is coated to give the objective cloth.

PURPOSE:To attain excellent dimensional stability by irradiating wool fiber with ultraviolet ray containing a specific wavelength component. CONSTITUTION:Animal hair fiber such as wool fiber, camel's hair, cashmere fiber and alpaca hair, its blend with synthetic fiber, semisynthetic fiber or other natural fiber, or textile product composed thereof such as woven or knit fabric and nonwoven fabric is irradiated with ultraviolet ray containing a component having wavelength of =3mw/cm (preferably >=30mw/cm ) for several tens seconds to several tens minutes to impart the fiber with resistance to dimensional change such as washing shrinkage or to form-change caused by the change of atmospheric temperature and humidity in wearing without deteriorating the feeling of the original fiber.

PURPOSE:To simply, readily and stably obtain textured yarn having homogeneous crimps and high bulkiness by false twist texturing thermoplastic fiber in a low-temperature plasma atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:For example, yarn (Y) of thermoplastic fiber composed of at least one resin selected from polyester-based resins and a polyamide-based resin is treated in a low-temperature plasma atmosphere (e.g. a nonpolymerizable gas plasma) produced with a plasma producer 4 under 0.01-50Torr pressure for >=0.02 sec in at least part of a twisting zone and then cooled with a cooling plate 6. The resultant yarn (Y) is subsequently false twist textured by a false twister (e.g. a fluid or a spindle false twisting method) to afford the objective textured yarn.
