    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the enzymatic activity by immobilizing a proteolytic enzyme and at least another digestive enzyme on a water-soluble organic high- molecular polymer. CONSTITUTION:A specified amount of a water-soluble organic high-molecular polymer such as a methyl vinyl ether/maleic anhydride copolymer is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (A). A specified amount of a proteolytic enzyme such as alkali protease is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (B). A specified amount of at least one digestive enzyme selected from among a fat or oil decomposition enzyme such as lipase, a starch decomposition enzyme such as amylase and like enzymes is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (C). Equal volumes of solutions A, B and C are mixed with each other, and the resulting mixture is subjected to an enzyme immobilization reaction at 20 deg.C for about 48 hours to immobilize the enzymes simultaneously. Thus, the objective assistant having high enzymatic activity and high deterging power can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet having different colors suitable for interior automotive trim, etc., having small change in qualities, softness and excellent qualities, comprising ground fabric and pile wherein the pile consists of a loop pile region and a cut pile region made respective single fiber tips acute. CONSTITUTION:Continuous pile yarn made of polyester filament is tufted on ground fabric A composed of polypropylene by a tufting machine set so as to automatically form a cut pile region (region C) and a loop pile region (region L) in order to give 700g/cm weight to give a pile sheet having the region C and the region L, the surface of the pile sheet is coated with a viscous solution containing sodium hydroxide and a water-soluble resin, steamed at 100 deg.C for 30 minutes to give the objective sheet having different colors wherein the pile consists of the loop pile region B and the cut pile region C made respective single fiber tips acute, the loop pile region is dyed in a light color and the cut pile region is dyed in a dark color and difference in shade of color is shown.
