CONSTITUTION:The rotating speed of a winding drive source is automatically changed in the winding core fitting no-load state, the load current of the winding drive source is detected and stored, and the load current and the winding tension generating instruction current partition are added to obtain the instruction current to the winding drive source. The winding drive source is rotated in the winding product roll fitting no-load state, the mechanical loss component caused by the product weight is calculated, and it is added to the instruction current to the winding drive source. The mechanical loss component caused by the face pressure of a contact pressure roll is detected and calculated, and it is added to the instruction current to the winding drive source.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device which can clearly image-display a tape end in the width direction of a laminate tape. SOLUTION: A laminate tape 1 is composed by gluing a synthetic resin separative film tape whose tape width is smaller than that of a synthetic resin basic material film tape onto the upper face of the synthetic resin basic film tape, and transported from a left side to a right side. A projector 3 projects light and at the same time an irradiation means 5 downward irradiates. Therefore a detection spot is picked up by a CCD camera to be displayed in an image display device 6. In this case, a dichroic filter 7 transmits only light whose color component is damped at a fixed rate from light from the projector 3. On the other hand, light transmitted the laminate tape 1 and the reflected light of downward irradiating light are incident upon the dichronic filter 8, and their transmitted light is inputted to the CCD camera 4. Therefore, both the width direction end of a base material film tape and the width direction end of a separative film tape can be clearly image displayed in linear form.

CONSTITUTION:A contact roll 13 for pressing each take-up product roll 3 is rotataly supported at the lower end part of an arm 15, and the roll 3 is provided with the specified pressing force by pushing the arm 15 by an air cylinder 12. The air pressure to the cylinder 12 is set to the specified value or the specified pattern by a controller 16, and its output signal 18 is sent to an electropneumatic converter 19 so that the initial air pressure 20 is controlled into target control pressure and then sent to the cylinder 12 through an air pipeline 21. An electropneumatic converter 22 is connected to the pipeline 21, in a position very close to the cylinder 12 or directly to the cylinder 12. The air pressure thus detected is inputted as a detection signal, and the detected air pressure is displayed on an appropriate display means 24.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the grasp of an air bite rate in every winding layer of a take-up roll so as to establish the optimum conditions of take-up speed, take-up tension, surface pressure, and the like by computing the air bite rate of the take-up roll during take-up action every fixed cycle from the winding diameter and winding length of the take-up roll, the thickness of sheet material and a take-up core diameter, and displaying the computed result. CONSTITUTION:The winding diameter D and winding length L of a take-up roll is inputted into an arithmetic means 20 first. In the arithmetic means 20, an air bite rate epsilon at that time is computed every fixed cycle by an illustrated expression on the basis of the take-up core diameter D0 and the film thickness (t) set before operation. The computed air bite rates epsilon1, epsilon2, epsilon3 are displayed on a monitor 21. In the monitor 21, the air bite rate in each winding layer regarding each take-up roll 3 can be thereby read moment by moment. This results in understanding what kind of air bite rate is obtained according to the conditions of take-up speed, tension, surface pressure, and the like so as to enable the grasp of conditions for obtaining the optimum air bite rate.
