    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a reinforced resin composition having low linear expansion coefficient, excellent in heat resistance and the planar impact resistance at low temperatures, also having ductile fracture characteristics at low temperatures, comprising an aromatic polyester resin, specific two kinds of thermoplastic elastomer and carbon fibers.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. consisting of a polyether-ester block copolymer and a specified polyester-amide and having high mechanical strength and excellent cold impact resistance and resistance to thermal aging, oil and chemicals. CONSTITUTION:The resin compsn. consists of 5-99wt% (A) polyether-ester block copolymer with a logarithmic viscosity of 0.35 or higher and 95-1wt% (B) polyester-amide with a logarithmic viscosity of 0.50-40. (A) contains 20-95wt% polyester, as hard segment, consisting of 100-50mol% butylene terephthalate unit which comprises terephthalic acid and 1,4-butanediol and 0-50mol% other ester unit, and 80-5wt% poly(alkylene oxide)glycol with a number-averge molecular wt. of 300-6,000[(e.g. poly(tetramethylene oxide)glycol)]as soft segment. (B) consists of 20-85wt% ester unit of formulaIand/or II and 80-15wt% amide unit of formula III and/or IV[where l is 10 or 11; R is (CH2)n or monocyclic aromatic nucleus; m is 6-12; n is 6-10].
