A conductive multilayer blow molding composed of at least two constituent layers of thermoplastic resins, characterized in that at least one of the constituent layers is a layer (i) made of a polyphenylene sulfide resin or a thermoplastic resin composition mainly comprising a polyphenylene sulfide resin and at least one of them is a layer (ii) made of a thermoplastic resin other than the polyphenylene sulfide resin or a thermoplastic resin composition mainly comprising a thermoplastic resin other than the polyphenylene sulfide resin and at least one of the constituent layers including the above layers (i) and (ii) is made of a conductive thermoplastic resin composition comprising a conductive filler and/or a conductive polymer and a thermoplastic resin as the essential components.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject liner capable of exhibiting excellent heat resistance, abrasive resistance, profitability, moldability and interlayer adhesivity in good balance by laminating a polyester resin layer to a polyphenylene sulfide resin layer containing an epoxy group-containing compound. SOLUTION: This control cable liner has a multi-layered structure comprising (D) 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin (e.g. polybutylene terephthalate) disposed on an outer layer side and a resin composition disposed on an inner layer side. The resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of polyphenylene sulfide resin (e.g. the resin obtained by washing a polymer containing repeating units of the formula in an amount of >=70mol.% with an acidic aqueous solution, hot water, etc., to remove ions), (B) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of an epoxy group-containing compound (e.g. a copolymer of an α-olefin with 1-50wt.% of an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid glycidyl ester), and (C) 0-50 pts.wt. of an epoxy group-free elastomer.

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition, excellent in heat and impact resistances, strength, rigidity, dimensional stability, molding processability and surface smoothness and useful as a material for lamp reflectors, etc., by melt kneading a mixture composed of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, etc., in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is obtained by melt kneading a mixture composed of (A) 20-70wt.% polyphenylene sulfide resin containing >=90mol% recurring unit expressed by, e.g. the formula, (B) 1-20wt.% whiskery aluminum borate reinforcing material having, e.g. 0.3-1.2mum average fiber diameter and 10-40mum average fiber length and (C) 29-79wt.% nonflbrous inorganic filler such as sericite or kaolin. Furthermore, this molding is obtained by injection molding the resin composition.

PURPOSE:To obtain a high mechanical strength, antifreeze resistance by forming the top and base of a tank of a radiator for a vehicle of resin composition formed by melting and kneading polyphenylene sulfide resin, polyphenylene oxide, etc., by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:In order to obtain the top and base of a tank of a radiator of resin using long life coolant(LLC) as cooling liquid whose strength does not decrease due to contact with high temperature LLC, resin composition formed by melting and kneading 100 pts.wt. of polyphenylenesulfide resin (PPS), 10-20 pts.wt. of polyphenylene oxide(PPO) and 50-400 pts.wt. of fibrous and/or nonfibrous filler is used by injection molding to obtain an object. As the PPS, a polymer represented by a structural formula (I) containing 70mol% or more or preferably 90mol% or more of repetition unit is used, and as the PPO, a polymer represented by a structural formula (II) is used.

PURPOSE:To mold a superior blow hollow molded product of thermal shock properties and heat resistance by flow molding a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition composed of modified polyolefin, thermoplastic elastomer and a fiber-like and/or granular reinforcing agent. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition of superior blow molding properties without generating dry spots of glass fiber when an inorganic filler such as glass fiber or the like is blended by combinedly adding thermoplastic polyester resin and thermoplastic elastomer to a composition composed of PPS and specified modified polyolefin. It is preferable that PPS is deionized by cleaning by means of oxidization, hot water treatment or an organic solvent. The blending ratio of the resin composition is 5-80 blending amount of thermoplastic polyester to 100 of PPS. The blending amount of modified polyolefin is 5-80, and the blending amount of thermoplastic elastomer is also 5-80, and when the amount exceeds both of the amounts, heat resistance is damaged.

SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by melt mixing 100 pts.wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin (A) with at least a part of 1-200 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (C) having functional groups selected from among epoxy, acid anhydride, carboxyl and its salt and ester groups and melt mixing the resultant mixture with the rest of ingredient C and 5-200 pts.wt. polyamide resin and/or satd. polyester resin (B). The compsn. is prepd. so that, when the surface of a gut obtd. by charging the compsn. into a melt indexer (315.5 deg.C, a dwell time of 5 min, a load of 5 kg, an orifice diameter of 0.0825 in, and a length of 0.315 in) is reflected with a projector, the number of projections having a height of 25 μm or higher and observed on the surface is one or less per cm of the gut.
