    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, heat-resistance and rigidity by compounding a specific graft copolymer, a modified polyolefin, a modified vinyl copolymer and a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 5-85wt.% of a graft copolymer produced by the graftpolymerization of (i) 5-80 pts.wt. of a rubber polymer with (ii) 95-20 pts.wt. of a monomer mixture composed of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer and other vinyl monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers with (B) 95-15wt.% of a modified polyolefin produced by the grafting reaction of 0.05-10 pts.wt. of an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) to 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin and compounding 100 pts.wt. of the obtained composition with (C) 3-70 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl polymer produced by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, vinyl cyanide and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (D) 1-50 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of the closing part and improve the durability of the valve body itself by constituting a multiple way valve in a way that a valve casing is provided having an upper chamber with a fluid inlet and a lower chamber with a fluid outlet and a desired communicated port is opened by moving either one of the plural valves equipped in the upper chamber. SOLUTION: A valve casing 18 is divided into an upper chamber 18e and a lower chamber 18f by a dividing wall 18d having three communicative ports 18a-18c. The upper chamber 18e is provided with a raw water inlet 15, and the lower chamber 18f is provided with a raw water feeding port 16 and a raw water outlets 17a, 17b. And the upper chamber 18e is provided with valve elements 18a1-18c1 whose lower end parts project into the lower chamber 18f in engagement conditions. And a switching lever 19 is rotated to rotate a rotating shaft 23 through a prescribed angle, thereby pushing up the valve discs engaged with the corresponding communicative ports to open the communicative ports by cams 23a-23c formed integrated to the rotating shaft 23 and to make the raw water inlet 15 communicate with any of the raw water feeding port 16 and the raw water outlets 17a, 17b.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high antiviral property with a small sticking amt. of catechin, to decrease the aeration resistance and to improve the trapping efficiency for virus even when using an antiviral filter as an antibacterial filter. SOLUTION: The main structural element of this filter is an antiviral filter. The antiviral filter consists of a porous sheet on which catechin and an antibacterial agent are stuck together. As for the porous sheet, an electret nonwoven fabric is preferable because it can trap even fine particles with high efficiency and low pressure loss, and especially, an electret melt-blow nonwoven fabric is preferably because it can be formed into a very thin filter. The antiviral property of catechin decreases in the presence of protein, however, by using catechin with an antibacterial agent, adverse influences of protein which decrease the antiviral property of catachin can be significantly suppressed with the antibacterial agent. Thus, the antiviral property of catechin is not deactivated.
