Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draw forming device for molding a molded product of good outer appearance without generating creases and unevenness of weight per unit area even in the case of laminating a plurality of fiber sheet bases and carrying out deep drawing, and also provide a manufacturing method of a drawing using the device. SOLUTION: A male mold 15 and a female mold 12 are set movable relatively on the positions of fitting on each other and separating away each other, and a sheet feed plate 5 having a through-hole 5a of substantially the same shape as a molding hole 12a and also having a plurality of needle-shaped projections 6 so disposed as to encircle the periphery of the through-hole 5a is disposed between the male mold 15 and the female mold 12, and the sheet feed plate 5 is clamped between the male mold 15 and the female mold 12 when they are fitted on together in the constitution of a drawing device. In the drawing to be carried out, a first fiber sheet base Sa is set on an area encircled by the needle-shaped projections 6 on the sheet feed plate 5, on the upper side of which a second fiber sheet base Sb of the size of extending its peripheral edge from the above area to the outside is set on the upper face side of the fiber sheet base, and the needle-shaped projections 6 are hung on the peripheral edge of the second fiber sheet base Sb to set up a restraint state.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform and good bonded state in a laminated surface, in laminating first and second base material through a laminating material, by together using pressure due to substantially uniform surface pressure and pressure due to high surface pressure in a peripheral edge part. SOLUTION: When the operation switch 16 of a pressure laminating machine 1 is operated after a laminated product 8 is set on a receiving stand 9, air- pressure PA is supplied to the upper part of a cylinder 4 and the top plate 4 fixed to a rod 4' falls and a uniform pressure fixed form material 11 or a frame material 13 approaches the upper surface of the first base material 5 of the laminated product 8. Next moment, the peripheral edge part of the laminated product 8 is held to surface pressure higher than that of other part by a frame material 13 and lamination advances. A part other than the peripheral edge part is elastically deformed on the upper surface of the base material 5 in such a form that the fixed form material 11 conforms to the wall thickness change of a second base material and uniformly pressed in a state slightly lower than the peripheral edge part in surface pressure and lamination advances.

CONSTITUTION: A device for producing carbon fibers is provided with a feeding means 4 for precursor staple fibers comprising carbon fibers, a flame-resisting treatment oven 5 for subjecting the tow of the fibers to a flame-resisting treatment, and a take-off device 12. Therein, at least a jet nozzle 8 for jetting hot air in a direction substantially orthogonal to the travel direction of the tow is disposed in the flame-resisting treatment oven 5, and a tow-tensing or relaxing means 13 used for alternately tensing or relaxing the tow 1 in its travel direction is also disposed on the outside of the oven.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce consumed power and prolong the life at high temperature by forming on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of an outer cylinder a covering layer that comprises a high melting point material having a specific melting point and a specific thermal expansion coefficient, and introducing inactive gas between a muffle and a furnace shell to press a muffle outer peripheral surface with specific pressure. CONSTITUTION: A resistor heater 2 is disposed outside a graphite muffle 1 perpendicularly to a muffle axis, and the muffle 1 is heated with radiation heat from the resistor heater 2 to heat string stripes T therein. Coating layers 4a, 4b are formed on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a graphite outer cylinder 3, each of which layers comprises a high melting point material having a melting point of 2800 deg.C or higher and a thermal expansion coefficient higher than that of the outer cylinder 3 and lower than twice that of the same. Inactive gas G is introduced from an introduction nozzle 14 into a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the muffle 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 3 to pressurize the muffle outer peripheral surface to a range of from 1kg/cm .G to 5kg/cm .G. After a water cooling support metal fitment 8 is inserted into a holder 6 through an O-ring 19, it is fixed to a side surface of a furnace wall 5 through packing 18.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of a film in the width direction of rolls in low equipment cost by simple constitution by providing two rolls arranged so as to provide a gap therebetween, a partition plate having a plurality of blades arranged in the axial direction of the rolls on the supply side of a coating material and a roll driving part. CONSTITUTION:When a coating material 9 is injected in the sump 10 of the coating material surrounded by rolls 3, 4 and a side plate 5 in a reverse roll coater 2, the coating material 9 is weighed by the gap (c) between two rolls 3, 4 rotated in the same direction to be transferred to a coating roll 4 and transferred to the release paper 8 supplied from a backup roll 6 to become a sheet like film 11. At this time, the thickness (t) in the longitudinal direction of the film 11 is set by the gap (c) between the metering roll 3 and the coating roll 4 and the relative surface speed ratio of the rolls 3, 4 and the thickness in the width direction of the film is set by the positions of the leading end parts of the blades 141 to 143 of the partition plate 14 shaken by a partition plate driving means 15.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation in burning temperature with time and obtain homogeneous carbon fiber by keeping the interior of a heater in a pressurized state with an inert gas, measuring the temperature of the inner wall of a cylindrical heating element through holes bored in a part of the heating element and controlling the heating. CONSTITUTION:A heater is housed in a furnace shell 1 and an outer cylinder 3 is engaged through a spacer ring 31 with the outside of a cylindrical heating element 2. The outside of the outer cylinder is embedded with a heat insulating material 5 such as a formed graphite felt. Holes are bored in the outer cylinder so as to measure the temperature of the inner wall of the cylindrical heating element generating the heat by electrical conduction and temperature measuring pipes are engaged therewith to communicate with the temperature measuring holes provided in the cylindrical heating element. Radiation thermometers 101, 103... are installed and the interior of the furnace shell is kept in a pressurized state with an inert gas.

CONSTITUTION:An amino carboxylic acid, a dicarboxylic acid/diamine salt or a lactam, a dicarboxylic acid, and a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol are melt compounded, and polymerization is effected in a high vacuum to give a polyether ester amide (A). 100 pts.wt. mixture of 90-1wt.% component A and 10-99wt.% polyolefin (B) is mixed with 0.01-50 pts.wt. styrenesulfonic acid compound (C) of the formula [wherein R is H, alkyl or aryl; X is H, an alkali (alkaline earth) metal or ammonium; (n) is 1 to 20,000], thus giving the objective composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the forming roll which lessens the unequal thickness by forming and has a simple construction by providing bearings on at least one roll of two pieces of the rolls and providing a pressing means for pressing to the other roll. CONSTITUTION:The pressurizing roll 11 is disposed in such a manner that its outer peripheral surface faces the supporting roll 12. The bearings 17 provided on a supporting shaft 15 are pressed by air cylinders IF toward the supporting roll 12 via a sheet material 13. A cylinder 14 forming the outer peripheral surface of the pressurizing roll is penetrated and inserted axially with the supporting shaft 15 having the same axis of rotation. The cylinder 14 and the supporting shaft 15 are fixed and joined on the fixing and supporting surface 16 on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 14 apart a specified spacing in the axial direction therefrom. The supporting shaft 15 is rotatably supported respectively by the bearings 17 at both ends. The sheet material to be treated by these rolls is molded to the uniform thickness.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance permanent antistatic properties, extrusion processability, light screening properties and gas barrier properties by laminating an antistatic composition composed of specific amide or specific amide and other thermoplastic resin to a metal foil. CONSTITUTION:A layer of an antistatic resin composition consisting of polyether ester amide and other thermoplastic resin, pref., a polyolefinic resin is laminated to a metal foil. Polyether ester amide is a polymer wherein a polyamide component and a polyether component are bonded through an ester bond. As the metal foil, an aluminum foil is pref. used. As the antistatic resin composition, polyether ester amide can be independently used and can be also used in the form of the blend with other thermoplastic resin. The lamination form of the laminate is set to a two-layer structure wherein the antistatic resin composition layer is an auxiliary layer 2 and the aluminum foil layer is a main layer or a three-layer structure wherein the auxiliary layers 2 are laminated to both surfaces of the main layer 1.
