    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a titled device, by constituting a predictive circuit for the encoder encoding a difference signal between an estimated instantaneous value and a present instantaneous value of a lattice type digital filter and an adder summing its outputs, for performing stable predictive processing to a voice signal. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal analyzing circuit obtains a characteristic parameter signal of a voice signal from the past sampling value of the voice signal and inputs the parameter signal to the predictive circuit to obtain the estimated predictive value to the voice signal. This predictive circuit is constituted of the lattice type digital filter 5c and the adder 5d obtaining the total sum of the tap outputs of the filter 5c. A decoded difference signal deltan'' inputted by the filter 5c is transmitted sequentially via adders 21-1-21-8, and the output is transmitted through delay circuits 22-8-22-1 and adders 23-8-23-2 alternately. The output of the adders 21-2-21-8 is applied to multipliers 24-2-24-8 to multiply the autocorrelation coefficient, which is applied to the adders 21-8-21-1 for making the predictive processing stable.

CONSTITUTION:A gain variable amplifier 11 makes variable adjusting of a level of an input data Din and a voltage-controlled oscillator VCO12 oscillates a frequency corresponding to the output voltage of the amplifier 11. A control circuit 13 extracts the frequency shift information of a minimum shift keying MSK signal and when the modulation index changes from 0.5 based on this information, the gain of the modulator 11 is changed and a control signal is generated to the amplifier 11 so that the modulation index is always 0.5. Thus, the fluctuation of modulation sensitivity of the oscillator 12 due to the temperature change can be compensated, the modulation index is held to 0.5 at all times and a stable MSK signal is produced.

In receiving side, the signals are AD converted again, converted to digital signals, a fixed value is subtracted, inverting or non-inverting polarity according to the scramble key code, a fixed value is added, DA converted again and the original picture is reproduced. In such a way, superposition of noise on a transmission line 9 means that the addition of the same noise as that supplied to a reproduced picture, therefore no damage which may be caused in a conventional equipment is generated, and stable reproduced picture can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect a dynamic vector with high accuracy for the movement of a pattern or object in a picture by discriminating that a correlation obtained between split patterns with low correlativity is ineffective and excluding the result from the calculation of dynamic vectors as the parallel movement of the entire picture. CONSTITUTION:A correlation device 13 executes the correlation operation between two-frame picture information which are consecutive timewise with respect to split patterns where one pattern is split into plural parts. On the other hand, a correlativity effectiveness/ineffectiveness discrimination circuit 7 discriminates the effectiveness/ ineffectiveness of the correlativity having the highest correlation at each split pattern based on the correlation value 13 outputted from an accumulator 5 and gives a discrimination signal 16 to a discrimination circuit 8. The discrimination circuit 8 calculates a dynamic vector based on three input signals and gives an output to an output terminal 9. That is, the circuit 8 does not use the correlation value obtained between split patterns in which the correlativity having the highest correlation value is discriminated to be ineffective based on the discrimination signal 16 and calculates the dynamic vector by using the correlation value obtained with respect to the remaining split patterns and corresponding shift.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect a dynamic vector by real time processing by applying a correlation operation between picture information of representative points extracted from the picture information of a preceding frame through interleaving and the picture information of the present frame with respect to the operation to detect a dynamic vector to reduce remarkably the amount of operation. CONSTITUTION:A representative point A is extracted from a representative point extracting area 2. In taking correlation between the picture information at the point A at the preceding frame and the picture information of the present frame at a point B parted from the point A longitudinally and laterally, the result is a correlation of the point B by a shift (epsilon, eta) with respect to the point A, and whether or not the shift (epsilon, eta) is detected as the dynamic vector depends on the quantity of the correlation (e.g., whether or not a minimum value or a maximum value). The position B is changed in each correlation detecting area 1 and the dynamic vector is detected based on the result of correlation. The correlation in the picture information of each point in the correlation detection area corresponding to the present frame and the picture information at a representative point C of the preceding frame is obtained.

The picture information subjected to inter-field interpolation is sent from an output terminal 4 of the interpolation filter 3 by superimposing the picture information before one field fed from the field memory 2 onto the picture information of the existing field fed directly from the input terminal 1. In case of animation picture information, its read address is shifted or a delay time is controlled according to the inter-field dynamic vector so that the picture information of the existing field and the picture information before one field are superimposed correctly while the relative positions are coincident.
