    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide the subject pneumatic radial tire that is light in weight and has excellent resistance to heat and to show good driving stability by using steel cords as belt cords and a sheath-core conjugated yarn comprising the polyester core component and the polyamide sheath component as carcass cords.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the yields of a molding without detriment to polymer qualities, by copolymerizing hexamethylenediammonium adipate with hexamethylenediammonium terephthalate at a specified temperature and specifying the degree of polymerization of the copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A copolyamide is obtained by copolymerizing hexamethylenediammonium adipate (A) with hexamethylenediammonium terephthalate (B) under conditions in which the maximum attainable temperature (T deg.C) is represented by the formula (wherein Tm deg.C is the crystal m.p. of the formed copolyamide). This copolyamide is melt-extruded under conditions in which the degree of polymerization during melt extrusion is 2.0-2.5 in terms of a relative viscosity (etar) in sulfuric acid. The proportion of component (B) in said copolyamide is preferably about 20-60wt%. It is preferable in order to control the degree of polymerization during melt molding to add 0.7-4mol%, based on the salts as materials, viscosity stabilizer (e.g., aliphatic dicarboxylic acid).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:A yarn is solidified by cooling, treated with finishing oil, passed through the taking-up roller, the drawing roller and the relaxing godet roller under specific conditions, then wound up to give a yarn package with sufficiently suppressed inner distortion and small yarn unevenness at high speeds. CONSTITUTION:A melt-extruded yarn Y is solidified by cooling, treated with a finishing oil, entangled with the device 4, then drawn between the taking-up roller 5 and the drawing roller 6 kept at Tg-(Tm-20) deg.C[Tg is the glass transition point of the polyester in deg.C; Tm is the melting point of the polyester in deg.C]and heat-treated. Then, the yarn is relaxed with the relaxing rollers 9, 10 and wound up around the winder at a speed over 4,000m/min.
