The present invention relates to an interlacing nozzle comprising a yarn inlet (Y), a yarn outlet (Ye), a fluid nozzle (I) arranged between the yarn inlet and the yarn outlet wherein fluid is ejected from the fluid nozzle to a running multifilament yarn (Yt) introduced from the yarn inlet so as to combine and entangle a core yarn (Y1) and a sheath yarn (Y2), and a separator (C) provided between the yarn inlet (Y) and the fluid nozzle (I) so as to separate the core yarn and the sheath yarn.
Abstract:
Spun yarn-like textured polyester yarns comprised of two types of polyester multifilament component yarns and having broken filaments, in which textured yarns there is a difference in length between the component yarns, whereby high bulkiness is imparted thereto. The individual filaments of one of the component yarns have a fineness less than those of the other component yarn. The spun yarn-like textured yarns have satisfactory pilling resistance and frosting resistance. The spun yarn-like high bulky textured yarns can be produced by a process comprising doubling two types of undrawn polyester multifilament yarns having different properties through an intertwisting regulative device and simultaneously draw-texturing the doubled undrawn yarns.
Abstract:
A thermoplastic polymer is melt-spun into a spinning tube (S) decompressed to not more than 0.7 atm and withdrawn therefrom to the outer air through a narrow groove (125) provided in a bottom sealing body (E) which substantially seals the interior of the spinning tube (S) from the outer air. The bottom sealing body (E) includes a tubular member (25) with an axial opening which houses a plug (24). Regulating chambers (120, 121) communicating with the groove (125) are controlled to have interior pressures of intermediate values between those of the spinning tube (S) and the outer air, whereby the pressure pulsation of an air stream flowing into the interior of the spinning tube (S) from the outer air through the groove (125) can be avoided. This, in turn, ensures a smooth spinning operation and uniform yarn quality.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for a chemically synthetic fiber, capable of mixing and processing the fiber stably even in a high overfeeding ratio. SOLUTION: This nozzle for the chemically synthetic fiber has a yarn thread- introducing opening Y, a yarn thread-discharging opening Ye, and a fluid- injecting orifice I positioned between the yarn thread-introducing opening Y and the yarn thread-discharging opening Ye, and is so structured that a fluid from the fluid-injecting orifice I is injected to yarn threads of the chemically synthetic fiber which are introduced from the yarn thread-introducing opening Y and travel, so as to mix the yarn threads with each other, wherein a separator C is located between the yarn thread-introducing opening Y and the fluid- injecting orifice I, so that the introduced yarn threads are separated from each other. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester false twisted covered elastic yarn capable of providing a high level of softness without causing defective covering in a sheath part, and to provide a method for producing the yarn. SOLUTION: The polyester false twisted covered elastic yarn is characterized in that the polyester false twisted covered elastic yarn comprises a polyurethane elastic yarn as a core part in which the periphery thereof is covered with a polyester multifilament false twisted crimped yarn having at least twice of false twist texturing histories as a sheath by substantial false twisting and has a yarn structure in which opened parts and entangled parts are alternately formed in the yarn length direction and the number of the entangled parts in the yarn length direction is 20-50 entangled parts/18 cm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing thread having excellent shock-absorption at the seam line and good shape stability and suitable for car seat. SOLUTION: A plurality of multifilament yarns subjected to first twist are combined with each other by final twist to obtain the objective sewing thread having a tensile elastic recovery of >=60% at an elongation of 10-30%.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blended yarn which has tension.stiffness and dry hand touch and has an excellent natural surface effect by splashed pattern-like same color difference or heterochromic color difference, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This blended yarn in which a thick and thin filament yarn A and a thick and thin filament yarn B and a multi-filament yarn C are integrally interlaced is characterized in that the blended yarn has a splashed pattern-like same color difference or color difference comprising a dark color, a neutral color and a pale color when dyed, and that the peak value of the spectrogram of the blended yarn is 5 to 20 cm.
