Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to a lockable device, and more particular to a biometric fingerprint safe having a top opening wall which is released to upwardly fold at its opened position after verifying a fingerprint of a user. The biometric fingerprint safe includes a supporting mechanism provided between the housing and the lid for applying an upward force against the lid, a fingerprint module, a bolt matched with a latching mechanism installed in the housing, the latching mechanism has a motor electrically connected to the fingerprint module, a driving locking plate driven by an eccentric rod connected with the motor, a driven locking plate which is arranged side by side with the driving locking plate and synchronously actuated by the driving locking plate to rotate, so that the driven locking plate being matched with the bolt for locking or releasing the lid.
Abstract:
An articulated hinge assembly for connecting a door to a fuselage of an aircraft includes an articulated hinge arm having a first hinge member pivotably coupled to a second hinge member at an elbow. The first hinge member includes a fuselage fitting pivotably coupled to a fuselage bracket. The second hinge member includes a door fitting pivotably coupled to a door bracket of the door. The articulated hinge assembly includes a linkage assembly coupled to the articulated hinge arm, the fuselage fitting and the door fitting. The linkage assembly includes a hinge linkage assembly coupled to the articulated hinge arm and the fuselage fitting and controlling movement of the hinge members relative to each other and relative to the fuselage fitting. The linkage assembly includes a door linkage assembly coupled to the articulated hinge arm and the door to control positioning of the door between open and closed positions.
Abstract:
An assembly for covering an agricultural receiving unit is provided. The assembly may include a covering body configured to, in a first position, extend over an opening of the agricultural receiving unit to prevent access to the opening. The assembly may also include an actuation assembly configured to move the covering body from the first position to a second position. In the second position, the covering body is configured to permit access to the opening of the agricultural receiving unit.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a drive configuration for the motorized displacement of a displacement element of a motor vehicle, at least one drive having an electrical drive motor, in particular a DC motor, and a drive controller, which is associated with the drive and connected to a supply voltage UV, being provided, the drive not being designed as self-locking, so that in the case of a non-motorized displacement of the displacement element, the drive motor operates as a generator and generates a generator voltage UG. It is proposed that the drive controller is equipped with an overvoltage protector, which can be triggered by exceeding a limiting supply voltage UV, and that the configuration is further made so that the overvoltage protector can additionally be triggered by a non-motorized displacement of the displacement element if a limiting generator voltage UG is exceeded.
Abstract:
A combined hydraulic and pneumatic actuation system (10) including a cylinder (12), a first piston (22), and a second piston (24). The cylinder may include a first cylinder portion (36) configured to hold or retain a first fluid and a second cylinder portion (38) configured to hold or retain a second fluid. The first piston can be operatively coupled or in fluid communication with the first fluid, and the second piston can be operatively coupled or in fluid communication with the second fluid. The second piston may be disposed between the first cylinder portion and the second cylinder portion. In an embodiment, the first piston can move or translate axially within the cylinder independently of the second piston, and an increase in pressure in the second cylinder portion can actuate the first piston and the second piston. Further, in embodiments, the first fluid can comprise a liquid, and the second fluid can comprise a gas.
Abstract:
An articulated hinge assembly for connecting a door to a fuselage of an aircraft includes an articulated hinge arm having a first hinge member pivotably coupled to a second hinge member at an elbow. A fuselage fitting is pivotably coupled to a fuselage bracket and a door fitting is pivotably coupled to a door bracket of the door. The articulated hinge arm is movable from a collapsed position to an expanded position to move the door from a door closed position to a door open position. The articulated hinge assembly includes a linkage assembly coupled to the articulated hinge arm, the fuselage fitting and the door fitting controlling movement of the first hinge member and the second hinge member relative to each other and relative to the fuselage fitting. The linkage assembly controls positioning of the door.
