    Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum x-ray spherically-bent crystal spectroscope is provided to optically precisely align the whole system, thereby employing the spectroscope with relation to various Bragg angles by using a rotatable vacuum container without any loss of strength while the x-ray is advancing and performing two-dimensional x-ray measurement by using the spherically-bent crystal and a CCD camera for the x-ray. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum x-ray spherically-bent crystal spectroscope includes a vacuum container port(1) rotatable for measuring various Bragg angles, and a CCD camera as a detector for obtaining two-dimensional x-ray images, wherein the detector is rotatable to be aligned in a tangent line of a Rowland circle, a rotator(3) is attached to an o-ring(2) with a size larger than a window of the port and a guide rail(8) attached with a warm gear is mounted to the rotator for precisely and easily rotate the rotator according to a desired angle.
