Abstract: The invention relates to a one-component aqueous spray adhesive and use thereof, and a product comprising the one-component aqueous spray adhesive. The one-component aqueous spray adhesive comprises an aqueous chloroprene dispersion, wherein the increase of the Shore A hardness of the formed adhesive film in 0 to 10 hours accounts for equal to or more than 90% of the increase of the Shore A hardness of the formed adhesive film in 0 to 1000 hours, wherein the increase of the respective Shore A hardness of the formed adhesive film is determined according to the method identified in the specification; a styrene-acrylate copolymer dispersion having a solid content of 15% by weight to 25% by weight, relative to the total weight of solids of the aqueous chloroprene dispersion; a polyol ester without hydroxyl groups in an amount of 0.9% by weight to 3.8% by weight, relative to the total weight of the aqueous spray adhesive; and an amino acid in an amount of 4% by weight to 15% by weight, relative to the total weight of the aqueous chloroprene dispersion; and optionally, a nanosized metal oxide and an auxiliary agent. The spray adhesive of the present invention shows short time to contact, long open time and good storage stability at room temperature.

Abstract: 本发明公开一种低阻力口罩用熔喷无纺布用驻极母粒及其制备方法。所述低阻力口罩用熔喷无纺布用驻极母粒由如下按重量百分数计算的组分制成:聚丙烯树脂65~85%;驻极粉1~3%;分散剂5~15%;成核剂3~10%;柔软剂3~10%;加工助剂0.05~0.5%;所述柔软剂为芥酸酰胺;所述聚丙烯树脂为均聚聚丙烯和/或共聚聚丙烯,其熔融指数MFI在230℃/2.16kg下,不低于1000g/10min。所述驻极母粒,通过加入柔软剂、成核剂等成分,使得驻极母粒与超高熔指聚丙烯混合用于口罩用熔喷无纺布生产时,得到的口罩用熔喷无纺布可以在具有较高过滤效率的同时,兼具低的呼吸阻力,因此特别适合作为口罩材料。该配方也并未对已有的驻极母粒的配方进行大的调整,容易实施。

Abstract: 一种耐环境型电磁防护复合导电橡胶及其制备方法,该复合导电橡胶的制备方法具体是将导电部分橡胶基材、羟基硅油及硅烷偶联剂加入密炼机混炼,再加入导电银粉和补强剂混炼,再加入硫化剂混炼,最后加入硫化促进剂混炼,制得导电胶料,将不导电部分橡胶基材、羟基硅油及硅烷偶联剂加入密炼机混炼,再加入玻璃微珠混炼,再加入硫化剂混炼,最后加入硫化促进剂混炼,制得非导电胶料,将上述制备的导电胶料与非导电胶料分别装入双料挤出机的两个料筒挤出,300℃高温硫化成型,得到复合导电橡胶条。该复合导电橡胶条的不导电部分主要功能是环境密封,导电部分主要功能是电磁密封,满足极端环境中作业装备对电磁防护密封条的耐环境型特殊需求。
