Abstract: Methods and systems for predicting estimation of project factors in software development environment are described. In one embodiment, a project analyst device receives first input data including at least one type of first software development model and associated one or more first project development data from a user. A feedback device loaded in a project estimation device identifies one or more first software project risk factors based on the at least one type of the first software development model. The project estimation device processes the one or more first project development data using the identified one or more first software project risk factors to identify one or more first intermediate data required for project factors estimation, and predicts estimations of the project factors using the identified one or more first intermediate data. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: A cap feeder to supply caps for a bottle includes a cap track defining a cap pathway along which the caps move, one after another and a cap orientation detector arranged to be contacted by the caps as the caps move along the cap pathway. The cap orientation detector can be configured to detect when one cap of the caps is in a first orientation and is arranged to stop said one cap in the first orientation from continuing to move along the cap pathway. The cap can be ejected from the cap pathway. The cap orientation detector can be configured to permit one cap of the caps in a second orientation to continue to move along the cap pathway, past the cap orientation detector. In an example, the cap orientation detector is configured to rotate about an axis of rotation.

Abstract: Implementing Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for batch processes. An enterprise workflow platform receives the SLA requirements via a batch administration form for scheduling the batch processes. The enterprise workflow platform persists the SLA requirements in a knowledge base. A batch monitoring tool is integrated with the enterprise workflow platform to retrieve the SLA requirements from the knowledge base and then measure performance of the schedule batch processes against the SLA requirements.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes defining model attributes including a training iteration value that defines a set of training iterations to be used in machine learning to associate portions of feedback data with a set of topic groups based on similarities in concepts conveyed in the feedback data. The method includes removing at least some of the confidential information from the feedback data. The method includes receiving a topic model number selection that indicates a subset of the set of topic groups. The method includes using machine learning to train a machine model based on the model attributes and the topic model number selection. The method includes generating a display showing at least one of a topic cluster graph or a word cloud based on the machine model.

Abstract: Method starts with a processor receiving configuration settings including an identified task, a relationship data, and a criticality value. Processor initializes a communication session with an agent client device. The communication session is between a virtual caller associated with the system and the agent client device. Processor then processes an audio signal of the communication session to generate an agent utterance and generates a transcribed agent utterance based on the agent utterance using a speech-to-text processor. Processor generates a virtual caller utterance using a task-specific virtual caller neural network associated with the identified task. The virtual caller utterance can be generated based on the transcribed agent utterance. Processor then causes the virtual caller utterance to be played back in the communication session to the agent client device. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.

Abstract: A risk mitigation architecture for new application programming interface service adoption includes a client interface configured to generate an API call, a legacy API module configured to generate a legacy API result in response to receiving the API call, a new API module configured to generate a new API result in response to receiving the API call, and a delegation module configured to selectively return the legacy API result to the client interface or the new API result to the client interface, according to at least one specified feature selector. The architecture includes a data comparator in communication with the delegation module, the data comparator configured to compare the legacy API result with the new API result according to at least one specified comparison configuration, to generate an API comparison result indicative of the legacy API result and the new API result having same or different output data.
