Abstract: 본 발명은 압전소자를 이용한 디스펜서에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 노즐을 제어하는 플런저의 승강 방향과 직교변위 하도록 압전소자를 구성하며, 다양한 변위확대기구를 통하여 압전소자의 변위를 확대하여 플런저에 전달하고, 커팅 분사 방식을 적용하여 노즐부의 충격을 방지하게 되는 커팅 분사 방식의 직교변위 확대형 디스펜서에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 구성에 의한 본 발명의 디스펜서는 압전소자를 이용해 정밀하고 신뢰성 있는 디스펜싱을 가능하게 함과 동시에 변위확대기구를 이용한 직교변위 압전소자를 통해 디스펜싱 용량을 증대시켜 생산성이 증가되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 액적 분사를 위한 플런저와 노즐이 비충격식으로 구성되어 디스펜서의 내구성 증대 및 액적의 균일한 분사가 보장된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A Microneedle therapy system having a music playing function is provided to remove fear about treatment for a user by playing music during a scalp treatment. CONSTITUTION: A Microneedle therapy system having a music playing function comprises a liquid chemical storage unit, a light source treatment part(30), a liquid chemical ball, a micrneddle therapy part(50), a vibration control part(60), a music playing part(70), and a display part(80). The liquid chemical storage unit is formed inside a needle part(10), and stores chemicals. The light source treatment part is formed on one side of the needle part. The liquid chemical ball is protruded from a middle part of one side of the needle part. The vibration control part controls a skin stimulating amount by controlling vibration intensity and vibration period of the microneedle therapy part. The music playing part forms in the needle part. The display part displays a state of the music playing part and the liquid chemical storage part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder for a downcoiler having properties of a dynamic bearing and a damper is provided to minimize the friction between a piston member and the outer circumference of a cylinder and to have a damping effect when the piston member reciprocates inside the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder for a downcoiler comprises a cylinder(10), inlet/outlet ports(14), a piston member(20), check valves(30), orifices(31), and protrusion portions(40) The cylinder has first and second piston sheets(11,12) where an inner hole(13) is punched. The inlet/outlet ports are respectively formed in both sides of the outer circumference of the cylinder. The piston member longitudinally reciprocates between the first and second piston sheets. The check valves and orifices are embedded in the first and second piston sheets to serve as a damper when the piston member longitudinally reciprocates. The protrusion portions fix the position of the piston member when the piston member laterally reciprocates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically cleaning an ice cream making machine is provided to enable users to clean the ice cream making machine without disassembling.
