PURPOSE: An automatic window opening/closing device is provided to control the indoor ventilation and the amount of sunshine by maintaining the opening angle of a window and to facilitate the opening/closing control of a window. CONSTITUTION: An automatic window opening/closing device(10) comprises a guide frame(20), a window(30), an opening/closing device(40) and an electric opening/closing driving unit(50). The guide frame is formed on the upper and lower part of a window frame, and provided with a guide groove opened in a longitudinal direction at the center of the upper and lower parts. The window is opened/closed by transferring along the guide rail of the guide frame and the guide groove. The opening/closing device formed on the upper and lower parts of the window(36) includes a roller transferred with slide along the guide rail of the guide. The electrical opening/closing driving unit includes a winding device(56). The winding device is rotated around the axis of an electric motor(54), and winds a wire(52) while unwinds the other wire.

PURPOSE: A sliding door assembly using a solar battery is provided to steadily and electrically connect solar batteries when opening/closing a sliding door assembly and to simplify a structure by a series connection. CONSTITUTION: A sliding door assembly using a solar battery comprises a plurality of sliding doors(100a,100b), a frame(200), a plurality of solar batteries(300), variable electricity connecting units(400a,400b,400c). The sliding door comprises a door window and window frame. The frame is fixed on a wall and supported by sliding doors to be slid. The solar batteries are formed in the each door window. The variable electricity connecting units are arranged inside the frame, thereby electrically connecting each solar battery. A length of the variable electricity connecting units is elastically variable so that an electrical connection among the solar batteries is maintained when the sliding doors are slid and moved.

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly automatic opening/closing device for an apartment house comprises a first and a second electromagnet, a third electromagnet, and a circuit controller, and a sensor(500). The first and the second electromagnet are installed on both sides of a window frame(10). The third electromagnet is installed on both sides of a window frame(20). The circuit controller supplies power to the first, the second, the third electromagnet and controls polarity. The sensor transmits standby state to the circuit controller.

PURPOSE: An arm type window regulator of a door for a vehicle is provided to adjust the opening gap of a window glass conveniently and to reduce noise and load of a motor by decreasing lifting speed of the window glass with a motion track converting unit. CONSTITUTION: A sector gear(2) is installed in the lower part of a main arm(1) and supported in a module panel(3) by a supporting pin(4). The sector gear is rotated by a motor(5) fixed in the module panel to seesaw the main arm, and a slider(9) is installed in the upper part of the main arm. A sub arm(6) is crossed and supported in the center of the main arm by a pin(7) and moved horizontally along a sub arm rail(8) by mounting a slider(6') in the lower part. The sub arm rail is fixed in a door inner panel and a slider(9') is installed in the upper part of the sub arm. A guide rail(10) is guided in the sliders and moved up and down in seesawing the main arm and the sub arm. Clips(11,11') are mounted at both ends of the guide rail, and a window glass(12) is fixed in the upper part of the guide rail. Motion track converting units(20,21) of sliders are formed in the guide rail and the sub arm rail, and inclined parts(200,210) are integrally formed in the motion track converting units around the top dead center of the window glass of the guide rail and the sub arm rail to form the stepped portion in the guide rail.
