    Abstract: A blending composition for repair coating automobiles is provided to remove the boundary between a new coating and an old coating in case of repair coating and to reduce the repair coating step. A blending composition comprises a mixture A which comprises a transparent blending solution comprising 30-60 % of toluene, 5-20 % of n-butyl acetate, 5-20 % of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate and the balance of aromatic hydrocarbon, amyl acetate and propylene glycol diacetate, and a mixture resin comprising 20-40 % of xylene, 20-40 % of n-butyl acetate, 5-10 % of ethyl benzene, 5-10 % of 2-methoxy-1-methylethyl acetate and the balance of ethylethoxy propionate and a fluorine compound, in a ratio of 6 : 0.1-5; and a mixture B which comprises a transparent blending solution comprising 30-60 % of toluene, 5-20 % of n-butyl acetate, 5-20 % of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate and the balance of aromatic hydrocarbon, amyl acetate and propylene glycol diacetate, and a curing agent, in a ratio of 6 : 0.01-3. The ratio of the mixture A and the mixture B is 1 : 0.1-3 by volume.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for coating tourmaline-containing teflon is provided to impart antibacterial and deodorizing effects to the coated part when a teflon coating process is applied to cooking pans, etc. CONSTITUTION: The method for coating tourmaline-containing teflon utilizes a conventional teflon material to which 1-15 wt% of tourmaline powder having a particle size of 5.5 to 6.5 microns is mixed based on the weight of fluororesin of the teflon material. Such finely divided tourmaline powder is mixed well with the teflon material and enhances the anion-emitting effect through the increase of the total surface area of the tourmaline particles.
