Abstract:
The invention relates to a motor vehicle door (1) comprising a module support (2) for closing inner surfaces of the door, a pane (4) that is movable by means of linear elements such as rope drives (3) or similar, and a deflecting device for said linear elements. The module support is provided with receiving devices in the form of steps and/or pockets to which deflecting elements are fastened in the form of rollers or deflection blocks that are part of the deflecting device in order to redirect linear elements. The invention creates a low-cost motor vehicle door which is characterized by being easy to recycle and inexpensive to produce.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a door module (102) for a motor vehicle door (100), wherein the door module (102) has a cantilever arm (106; 118) for a railless window lifter, wherein the cantilever arm (106; 118) is formed in one piece with the door module (102), wherein the cantilever arm (106; 118) projects beyond an outer edge (108) of the door module (102), wherein the cantilever arm (106; 118) has, at at least the end which projects beyond the edge (108) of the door module (102), a receptacle for a deflection means (112; 200) of a window lifter cable (114).
Abstract:
A sliding door drive assembly is used with a motor vehicle having an electric energy source and a sliding door. The sliding door drive assembly includes a motor that is electrically connected to the electric energy source. The motor converts electric energy into a rotating force. The sliding door drive assembly also includes a transmission that is operatively connected to the motor for transmitting the rotating force to an output shaft. A cable drum is fixedly secured to the output shaft and rotates with the output shaft. First and second cables are wound about the cable drum in opposite directions. The first cable extends from the cable drum forward along a path to the sliding door. The second cable extends from the cable drum rearward along the path toward the sliding door. The sliding door drive assembly also includes support guides extending tangentially out from the cable drum to guide the first and second cables outwardly and away from the cable drum along a path minimizing frictional forces.
Abstract:
The window lifter of the invention comprises a window slider (1), a cable (3) driving said window slider, a spring (10) having a mobile cable tensioning portion (43) and having a fixed cable return portion (42), both portions engaging the cable (3). This window lifter provides a simplified fabrication and a reduced number of parts.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly (28) for coupling a sliding door (14) of a vehicle (10) to a drive unit (42) for sliding the sliding door from an open position to a closed position, the drive unit causing the hinge assembly (28) to slide within a guide track (26) as the door moves between the open position and the closed position, the hinge assembly comprising: a first hinge portion (32); a second hinge portion (36), the first hinge portion being pivotally secured to the second hinge portion; a cable attachment (35) being secured to the second hinge portion; and a guide surface (74) disposed on a surface of the first hinge portion, the guide surface being configured to make contact with a portion of a cable (39) having an end secured to the cable attachment when the second hinge portion is in a first orientation with respect to the first hinge portion position and the cable no longer makes contact with the guide surface as the second hinge portion moves from the first orientation to a second orientation with respect to the first hinge portion.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a window regulator assembly of a motor vehicle, comprising a support (1); a guide device (2a, 2b) provided on the support (1) for guiding a flexible traction means (Z) via which an adjustment force generated at an adjustment drive can be transferred to a window pane to be adjusted; a flexible traction means (Z) guided on the guide device (2a, 2b), and on which at least one driver (6) is secured via which the window pane to be adjusted can be connected to the flexible traction means (Z), so that the driver (6) together with a window pane secured thereon is adjusted along a longitudinally-extended adjustment path (V) defining an adjustment plane (F) when a force is introduced into the flexible traction means (Z) via an adjustment drive; a socket (3a, 3b) for mounting a deflection element (4) with which the flexible traction means (Z) can be deflected; and a deflection element (4) pivotally mounted on the socket (3a) and which can be moved by a pivot movement out of an assembly position into its intended functional position on the socket (3a) by tightening the flexible traction means (Z). The deflection element (4) is thereby mounted on the socket (3a) such that it can pivot about an axis (S) which runs along the adjustment plane (F) defined by the adjustment path (V) and also transverse to the longitudinal extension of the adjustment path (V).
