A medicine and a functional food free from adverse effect and having high safety are provided by including the high-purity lumbrokinase-containing protein.

This invention relates to a method of determining the presence of certain HLA alleles, such as HLA-B*1502 or HLA-B*5801, and a kit for carrying out this method. Also disclosed is a method for assessing whether a patient is at risk for developing adverse drug reactions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or hypersensitivity syndrome) based on the presence or absence of a genetic marker (e.g., HLA-B*1502, HLA-B*5801, or HLA-B*4601).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent speed control system for a motorcycle which uses a motor and a battery as its drive source. SOLUTION: This speed control system is provided with a command module 8 transmitting a required speed signal, a speed sensor 4 transmitting the actual speed of the motor, and a controller 3 controlling the motor 1 in response to the speed signal and an actual speed signal to control the speed of the motorcycle which uses the battery 2 as its power source. This system sets allowable maximum speed, especially based on a required mileage 24 and an energy alarm device 25.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for embedding a watermark in an image by which the watermark endures various attacks. SOLUTION: A new image-protecting system named 'Cocktail watermarking' embeds two watermarks, which are generated by positive and negative watermark generators 214 and 218 and play a complementary part in an original image as the current spread spectrum watermarking approach and generates an image 130 with watermarks. The image protection system has characteristics as to leave at least one watermark sufficiently, even though any kind of an attack is applied to the image 130 with watermarks and has been proved to be effective in terms of enduring various attacks 150 by wide range test results.
