    Abstract: A plasma generator (1) comprises: a liquid containing part (3) which contains a liquid (6) including water; a gas containing part (4) which contains a gas; and a partition wall part (5) that separates the liquid containing part and the gas containing part from each other and is provided with a gas passage (5a) through which the gas in the gas containing part is led to the liquid containing part. The plasma generator (1) is also provided with a first electrode (10) that is arranged in the gas containing part and a second electrode (11) that is arranged so as to be in contact with the liquid in the liquid containing part. The plasma generator (1) is further provided with: a gas supply unit (9) which supplies the gas to the gas containing part; a plasma power supply unit (13); and a liquid inflow prevention device (a control unit (14)) which prevents the liquid from flowing into the gas containing part from the liquid containing part through the gas passage.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a downsized ozone generation unit including control means having plurality of means for outputting an ozone gas, and the ozone generation unit. In the present invention, a gas pipe integrated block (30) has a plurality of internal pipe paths (R30a to R30f). The plurality of internal pipe paths are connected to an ozone generator (1), control means (an MFC (3), a gas filter (51), and an APC (4)), a raw gas supply port (14), an ozone gas output port (15), and cooling water inlet/outlet ports (13A, 13B), to thereby form a unit in which a raw gas input pipe path and an ozone gas output pipe path are integrated. The raw gas input pipe path extends from the raw gas supply port through the APC to the ozone gas generator.     Abstract: A system for performing ozone water treatment comprises a voltage supply circuit and a plasma eductor reactor. The voltage supply circuit includes an H-bridge controller and driver, a transformer, and an output port. The H-bridge controller and driver are configured to switch the electrical polarity of a pair of terminals. A primary of the transformer is connected to the H-bridge driver and controller. A secondary of the transformer connects in parallel with a first capacitor and in series with an inductor and a second capacitor. The output port connects in parallel with the second capacitor. The plasma eductor reactor includes an electric field generator, a flow spreader, and a diffuser. The electric field generator includes a pair of electrodes that generate an electric field. The flow spreader supplies a stream of oxygen. The diffuser supplies a stream of water. The streams of water and oxygen pass through the electric field.
