Abstract: The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of films for floor. The disclosure provides a low-density PVC plastics flooring, which is prepared from components including, in parts by mass, 100 parts of PVC, 300-380 parts of calcium carbonate, 7-12 parts of a stabilizer, 2-8 parts of processing aid ACR, 12-16 parts of a foaming regulator, 0.1-0.5 parts of a foaming agent, 2-4 parts of G60 lubricant, and 2-4 parts of PE wax. In the disclosure, the density of the PVC plastics flooring is reduced to 1.4-1.6 g/cm3 even increasing the amount of calcium carbon, thereby greatly reducing the production cost and improving the economic efficiency.

Abstract: A copolycarbonate lens formed from a polycarbonate composition comprising: a copolycarbonate comprising bisphenol A carbonate units and of phthalimide carbonate and optionally, a bisphenol A homopolycarbonate; wherein the second carbonate units are present in an amount of 18 to 35 mol % based on the sum of the moles of the copolycarbonate and the bisphenol A homopolycarbonate, the copolycarbonate comprises less than 2 ppm by weight of each of an ion of lithium, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, ammonium, chlorine, bromine, fluorine, nitrite, nitrate, phosphite, phosphate, sulfate, formate, acetate, citrate, oxalate, trimethylammonium, and triethylammonium, as measured by ion chromatography, and the polycarbonate composition has a bisphenol A purity of at least 99.7% as determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The polycarbonate composition has: a Vicat B120 of 155° C. or higher; and an increase in yellowness index of less than 10 during 1000 hours of heat aging at 155° C.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sound-insulation shock-absorbing heat-resistant ABS resin composition for automotive interiors and a preparing method thereof. The resin composition comprises: 100 parts of ABS resin, 5-30 parts of heat-resisting agent, 5-20 parts of sound-insulation shock-absorbing polymer, 1-5 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 0.3-1.0 part of light stabilizer and 0.5-2.0 parts of auxiliary. The preparing method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer, sending the mixture into a twin screw extruder via a metering device, melting and compounding the material under the delivering, shearing and mixing by screws; and performing extrusion, drawing, cooling and granulating. The method is simple and feasible; and the prepared resin composition has excellent sound-insulation and shock-absorbing effects and favorable mechanical properties, and is able to be applied in the field of automotive interiors.
